Never going there again.
Pros:

The woman at the reception desk was nice

Cons:

The room smelled like a mix of urine, body odor and some other kind of smell. The microwave wouldn't open back up when I warmed up my coffee. No vending machine for a snack or drink. Paying for parking in a hotel that certainly doesn't warrant it. I didn't personally see it, but my father said he saw a sign that said in order to use the pool we must pay an extra $20. The room was extremely outdated and the A/C didn't work. The carpet felt sticky, the sheets had stains, the pillows were flat and very small. They appear to not have fixed anything. The tile floor in the elevator was full of cracks and the bathroom appears to be from sometime in the early 1990's. The cover for the baseboard heating was broken and I could see exposed wires. Given the filth of the room we had no interest in trying the breakfast and opted to eat elsewhere. I will definitely not be staying at that hotel ever again.

Je déconseille fortement
Pros:

Emplacement

Cons:

Pros:

Location. Maybe.

Cons:

Rude staff, pool with no water in it, parking fee to park in their own garage in the middle of nowhere. No one at front desk or answering phone several times. Agree to extend reservation via phone and then denied that I spoke with them.

Fits perfectly with our needs.
Pros:

I enjoy that the rooms are so quiet. We are there basically to sleep between sessions at the Boston Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, so the pool and breakfast really don't apply. Breakfast starts too late for us to be able to use and currently the pool is empty.

Cons:

It's all fine

Good Location, but Dumpy
Pros:

The best part about the room is that the bathrooms have windows! That is a major bonus.
Also, the staff are friendly and very willing to help. But they cannot make up for the things that are not there, structurally, or the lack of cleanliness or upkeep.

Cons:

1. Room:
Beds too soft.
Patches everywhere from past repairs.
Stains on lounge chair and on bed, under the bedding.
Curtain to common area doesn't enclose 100%.
Furniture is pretty old.

2. The pool is empty and the staff lie that it is emptied every 2 weeks for deep cleaning. You do not have to do that to pools, and actually nobody does, because it is extremely expensive. It is just empty and not in use. The inner courtyard with a pool would be an amazing amenity in a cold climate, and architecturally it is set up for this, but it just sits empty.

3. Extending reservation through Booking impossible, so you have to pay for a new reservation. The hotel does this abusively, as a way to get more money. They made me pay $25 for the "4 hours I am there" between checkout of my initial reservation and check-in of my new reservation, even though I actually saved them money by not having my room cleaned. I heard staff yell at a visitor who was sleeping through this 4 hour time without paying the fee, trying to force them out of the room, even though the person had paid for a new reservation. It's ridiculous, violent, and unnecessary.

4. Breakfast included it BS. It's only carbs. No eggs. No fruit. No juice. Only coffee, milk, toast, cereal, and this tube from which you can pour out batter to make yourself waffles.

5. Disability access is a complicated work-around. The elevator can only be accessed from inside the garage. If you walk in from the street, you need to go down half a level to get into the elevator. This was hard for me with a leg injury because I didn't park or drive into the garage. And the lobby is on the second level, not at the level you walk in and check-in at. There, there is no space to wait except a really uncomfortable tiny area, and the staff doesn't want you hanging out there too long (like if you're ride or friend takes time picking you up).
