- Caroline (Housekeeping): We needed a refrigerator for our room, and Caroline responded quickly with genuine warmth and professionalism. Her prompt assistance was greatly appreciated.
- Moises (Front Desk): Moises assisted us on several occasions throughout our stay. When we unexpectedly needed to extend our visit for an additional nights, there was an issue with the room assignment. Moises handled the situation professionally and efficiently, ensuring we were accommodated comfortably. His customer service was exceptional.
-Singh (Front Desk): Singh was also incredibly helpful on multiple occasions. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed.
- Carlos (Engineering): Carlos made several attempts to resolve the issue with the room telephone, which unfortunately could not be fully repaired. Even though the problem persisted, we sincerely appreciated his persistence, responsiveness, and dedication to trying to make it right.
- Kendra (Restaurant, Manager): On the morning of July 4, I stopped by to pick up a bagel before spending the day at the Esplanade waiting for the Boston Pops concert. Kendra could not have been kinder. She made sure I had everything I needed, even offering additional ice-cold bottles of water for the day. Her thoughtfulness and hospitality were memorable.
Every interaction we had with your staff reflected a culture of hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for your guests. It is evident that your team takes great pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
My partner may be returning to Boston in August, and thanks to the outstanding service provided by you and your team, the Hilton Boston Park Plaza will certainly be at the top of her list. She and her girlfriend will undoubtedly appreciate not only the beautiful property and its central location, but also the outstanding people who make guests feel genuinely welcome.

The room smelled. There were cobwebs in each corner of the room and bathroom. The bathroom was molded. The shower curtain was grossly molded. Then we discovered that the sink had a serious leak. After informing them about the sink and requesting a new shower curtain, they took a full day to address the sink issue and didn’t replace the curtain. Instead they just tried to wipe it down, which mold was still apparent. We did not trust to try the breakfast or use the pool. Will never stay here again.

Overall, the experience was good. I like the layout of the hotel the interior looked amazing. It was a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The only negative. I’d have to say about the place was the breakfast was very basic. Other than
that it was fine. Would say there again no issues.

The location was perfect for our stay, I like the hotels set up, it does need to be updated. The pool and area around the pool was nice. We had a room with a king size bed, it was comfortable.

The woman at the reception desk was nice

You can't beat this place for the price! The three different ladies we encountered behind the front desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! They made us feel safe and cared for. (She whipped out a free bottled water for me when I told my friend my throat was dry!)
While there wasn't water in the pool, we were fine with that. Wi-fi was a little slow, but it was FREE!.... as were the many amenities in the room - refrigerator, microwave, Starbucks in-room coffee, bottled water, and the complimentary breakfast downstairs.
Parking is additional, but we found it to be worth it. ($8/night for underground parking garage, $5/night for lot across the street.)
Within walking distance to good little food spots (not fancy), especially right across the street.
We will definitely stay there again!

Clean, extremely nice staff, all the amenities for free (except for parking).
