Bucht lieber ein anderes Hotel

Als wir am späten Nachmittag in Lovina ankamen, erwartete uns eine gepflegte und ansehnliche Außenanlage, so wie es uns die Bilder im Vorfeld erwarten ließen. Wir hatten bereits vor längerem ein Superior Doppelbettzimmer gebucht, das im Vergleich zum Standard Zimmer etwas teurer war. Als wir einchecken wollten, erwartete uns dann allerdings bereits die erste Unannehmlichkeit. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass keine Doppelbettzimmer mehr verfügbar wären und sie uns daher nur ein Zweibettzimmer anbieten können. Als wir anschließend in Ruhe unsere Buchung prüften, stellten wir fest, dass wir statt dem gebuchten Superior Doppelbettzimmer, mit vollständig verschließbaren Holztüren, das günstigere Standard Zimmer, mit nicht vollständig geschlossenen Glasschiebtüren, bezogen hatten. Mit dieser Tatsache konfrontierten wir daraufhin das Hotelpersonal und plötzlich war doch ein entsprechendes Zimmer für uns frei. Wenn dies der einzige Kritikpunkt geblieben wäre, hätten wir einfach darüber hinweggesehen, da das Personal freundlich reagiert hat und jedem Fehler unterlaufen können. Ein viel größeres Problem hatten wir allerdings mit dem Zustand der Zimmer und ganz besonders mit dem Zustand der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher. Neben der Tatsache dass es nur ein hauchdünnes Laken gab und eine dickere Decke nur auf Nachfrage sowie ausschließlich einem Handtuch pro Person, waren diese völlig mit Flecken überseht und insbesondere die Handtücher haben unangenehm gerochen. Die Krönung des Ganzen war der nicht vorhandene Zimmerservice. In drei Nächten wurden weder Handtücher noch Laken getauscht, geschweige denn unser Zimmer gereinigt. Lediglich der vor dem Zimmer befindliche Mülleimer wird geleert. Für eine weitere Rolle Klopapier (im Zimmer war nur eine) muss man an der Rezeption nachfragen. Die mangelnde Reinigung der Zimmer hinterlässt insbesondere im Badezimmer seine Spuren. Die Armaturen sind stark verkalkt und der Wasserhahn riecht vor allem am Morgen sehr streng nach faulen Eiern.

Het resort is prachtig, van alle gemakken voorzien

Het ontbijt is karig. Als je iets wil moet je echt een stukje rijden. Pas op voor de mannelijke eigenaar. Hij probeert op een hele gecharmeerde manier activiteiten aan te smeren voor heel veel geld.

Best location of Hawaii
Pros:

Beautiful authentic location.
My family and I rates this location as highest during our round trip in Bali.
Staff was really helpfull during our stay and also helped beyond traditional service for the activities we did. (Outliner is for sure the dolphin tour.

Un bel hôtel pour rayonner autour de Lovina a proximité de l’eau.
Pros:

Grandes chambres dans de jolis bungalow, magnifique jardin extérieur, très belle piscine. Plusieurs restaurants très bon à proximité. Personnel chaleureux.
