Exceptional experience- a calm and clean space
Pros:

Beautifully appointed and maintained apartment. Staff communicative and friendly. The apartment had everything you could want/need when cooking at home. Conveniently located - close enough to walk into town (or tram) but far enough away from the hustle of the city which is perfect for noise sensitive people. I wouldn’t change anything about our stay, except we wish we could have stayed longer!

A great apartment for a family city break
Pros:

Well equipped, roomy, clean apartment

The carpark was small and difficult to get in/ out of the parks at either end without doing a multi- point turn

Great place, clean apartment with everything you need
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff/ manager, lovely apartment. Nice vibe, very good kitchen / living area and bathroom was small but very functional. Would stay again any time!

Cons:

Dark bedroom (personal choice, prefer daylight available!), not a comfortable bed.

Great location, easy to check in out of hours. The apartment was a good size.
Pros:

Location was ideal for our visit, free carparking a bonus, although car size restrictions are enforced due the car stacker!

Cons:

Small maintenance items not addressed prior to our stay, but maybe the previous guests don't pass on this information!

Excellent appartment in a great location - one of the best I've stayed in
Pros:

We were in a 2 bed appartment and it was excellent, lots of space, good setup, comfy bed, and a powerful shower. It also had a roof terrace which was a lovely place to sit. I wish I lived there.

Cons:

So much glass is great for views, but the appartment did heat up even with blinds down, the aircon had to be at full to keep it cool.

The property is good, but the receptionist really ruined the overall experience and reputation.

The kitchen is good.
The room is good and clean.

Cons:

The receptionist was very rude.

On the day of checkout, we asked for a one-hour late checkout as we needed to take all our luggage to the University of Melbourne, where the earliest entry time was 11:30am. However, the man at reception refused, saying they were fully booked and the cleaner was waiting to clean our room.

As there is no proper reception area where guests can stay, we were told to take all our luggage outside and wait in front of the building. We ended up waiting on the roadside for about an hour, yet no cleaner came to the room during that time.

We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
