Convenient, good location for a city stay
Pros:

Good location with parking available at no extra cost

We loved the 2 bedroom apartment on level 3. The views and amenities were amazing.
Pros:

The north melbourne Location was fantastic. On reasonably quiet streets but Close to all forms of public transport, restaurants entertainment and queen vic markets. The CBD was only a few minutes away by tram or train from parkville station. The views from the living area and outside roof patio in unit 20 were absolutely fabulous. We loved it.

Cons:

No complaints although the beds could do with warmer duvets as it was mid winter and the blankets provided were a bit thin for us

Pros:

Apartment overall size, facilities, convenience and location were good,

Cons:

Photos were deceptive, they gave us a ground floor apartment with no views or sunlight in spite of my request.

No heating in bedrooms. Low quality TV & internet stops working at night.

Very good value for money, inner city location great for extended stay
Pros:

It is very quiet and in a great location. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The check in process was very easy and the onsite manager was very helpful and friendly.

No salt and pepper in the kitchen

Exceptional experience- a calm and clean space
Pros:

Beautifully appointed and maintained apartment. Staff communicative and friendly. The apartment had everything you could want/need when cooking at home. Conveniently located - close enough to walk into town (or tram) but far enough away from the hustle of the city which is perfect for noise sensitive people. I wouldn’t change anything about our stay, except we wish we could have stayed longer!
