Embassy Suites Parsippany

The front desk staff was pleasant, just one mistake as I was checking in they called my room number out loud and it was a lot of people around. I was told that room number are not supposed to be called out loud🤔

Generous sized room with couch and chair to lounge when not in bed. Nice to have a decent sized mini-refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast is great with lots to choose from. Good value.

This facility looks 40 years old. It has been maintained well, but is very outdated in many ways. Other than a nice breakfast and a good hamburger at the Bistro, there is no food service. The parking charge for a suburban location is simply a money grab.

My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast

This was by far the worst Embassy Suites by Hilton I have ever stayed at. When we got to the property, immediately you can tell the grounds were not being kept clean by anyone. Trash and filth on display. Jason at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to work with and that was THE ONLY saving grace for this hotel. When we got to our room, it was DISGUSTING. There was what appeared to be a pubic hair left in the shower, the shower handles were DIRTY with left over soapsuds from previous stay, did not want to touch. Carpet was littered with crumbs, there was crumbs on the table, and the room smelt mildewed. It was not a pleasant experience. We then asked for our room to be cleaned again because surely this was a mistake? No. This request was at 1pm, we did not get anyone to the room and at 2:46pm I called Jason again and he got me a new room. The new room was better but still, just dingy. Not to Embassy suite standards. I was absolutely appalled at the state of the hotel. And then the breakfast buffet was nothing compared to what I have experienced at Embassy suites before: this was more of a continental breakfast spread. I was absolutely blown away by this. The price we paid for this stay did NOT Reflect the quality of what we received. There needs to be serious discussion around elevating brands standards at this Hilton hotel. The elevators were DIRTY. Like they needed to be steam mopped and scrubbed. Absolutely disgusting. I wanted to leave and check into another but it was only two nights and with the World Cup here, there are no hotels that had a vacancy for what we needed. Until changes are visibly made, 0/10 DO NOT recommend.

Hotel was easy to locate, staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the made to order breakfast.

We stayed here with our three young children. After arriving at 1:00 a.m., we were hoping for a more family-friendly experience. Breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays, which felt quite early for families. It would also have been helpful if the breakfast hours had been clearly displayed on the hotel’s website so families could plan accordingly.

We also asked if there were any trays available to take breakfast to our room for our children, but were told that the hotel does not provide them. For a family of five, this meant making several trips back and forth, which was inconvenient.

These may seem like small details, but they make a noticeable difference when traveling with young children. Families should keep these points in mind before booking.

Room awful dirty 1960's furniture bad beds torn curtains bad lighting.old rugs bad bedding. Great staff good breakfast dirty pool too hot dirty no showers or changing room
