Lage und Ausstattung sind schon besonders
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Wir hatten ein Mehrblick-Zimmer gebucht, also mit Blick auf Elbe & Hafen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, die bodentiefen Fenster und der French Balcony bieten ein besonderes Flair. Es gab einen Ventilator auf dem Zimmer, war auch nötig. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank steht auch zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Eine Steckdose funktionierte nicht, so konnte man den Ventilator nicht ins Regal stellenn und betreiben. Im Bad war eine Seite des Schminkspiegels demontiert worden, als wir den Schaden der Rezeption mitteilten, hatte ich das Gefühl, man argwöhnte, wir hätten den Schaden selbst verursacht. An der Duschkabine kackte ein Scharnier verdächtig und die unteren Dichtungen verschoben sich, so dass halt Wasser nach ausserhalb gelangte. Parkgebühr € 27,50/Nacht bei Zimmer Rate von über € 200,-, na ja.

waren am samstag,28.6 im ginn hotel.
das zimmer hatte keine klimaanlage, fragte für ein anderes zimmer,war nicht möglich.
meine mutter ist 82 jahre alt und es war uns nicht möglich im zimmer zu bleiben. es war viel zu heiss!!ihr gesundheitszustand verschlechtere sich zunehmend.so das wir gezwungen waren uns ein anderes hotel zu suchen.und das nach über 24 stunden reisezeit.nachtzug fiel aus und wir mussten 6 mal umsteigen!!
da hatten wir ein entgegenkommen von ihnen erwartet!
schade werden das ginn hotel nicht weiterempfehlen,keine menschlichkeit!

Die Lage war gut. Frühstück auch.

Cons:

Es war extrem warm und stickig. Keine Klimaanlage außer im Restaurant. Fenster im Zimmer konnten nicht ganz geöffnet werden, dadurch war keinerlei Luftzirkulation möglich.
