Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.
Ich habe mich sehr gefreut als die Dame von der Rezeption alles gegeben hat, um uns zu unserem Hochzeitstag ein schönes Zimmer, mit Blick auf die Elbe ohne Folie am Gerüst zu finden.

Cons:

Alles gut, nur haben wir das Hotel etwas näher an den Landungsbrücken erwartet, es hieß in der Beschreibung wenige Minuten....was dann aber mit Koffer doch zwanzig Minuten gedauert hat. Ansonsten hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen war auch super ruhig.

- defekte Gummidichtung

Im Bad hat es aus dem Ablauf der Dusche ekelhaft gerochen, als ob ein halbes Jahr kein Wasser lief...zwei Nächte waren aushaltbar

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an der Elbe. Die Anbindung an ÖV auf eine Bus beschränkt, man ist aber damit schell an der S1. Ein Spaziergang abends von den Landungsbrücken an der Fischauktionshalle vorbei zum Hotel, das ist ganz schön.
Architektonisch gelungen, ein neues Hotel in eine alten Speicher zu bauen.

Cons:

Die Aussicht durch ein Baugerüst hindurch war nicht eben berauschend.

Tolle Lage aber für den Preis finden sich bessere Möglichkeiten in Hamburg. Schade.

Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr dunkel und klein, das Badezimmer ist eine Nasszelle mit Unterdruckspülung bei WC und Dusche. Diese ist sehr laut und man kann die Toilettengänge wie auch das Duschen der Nachbarzimmer hören. Frühstückt grundsätzlich solide, in Stoßzeiten aber teilweise kaum nachgefüllt und dazu noch massiv gestresste Mitarbeiter*innen.
