A wonderful family stay with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a very welcoming atm
Pros:

The hotel has everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. We truly felt at home during our stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the facilities were excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out.

We requested some extra chairs so that we could have dinner together as a family, and our request was promptly taken care of. In fact, every request we made, including fresh towels, was handled quickly and without any issues.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was the parking fee. Since guests mainly use the parking because they are staying at the hotel overnight, we feel that parking should be complimentary, or at least included in the resort fee. We believe this would make the overall value of the stay better and avoid an additional charge for something most guests need to use.

Cons:

There was no water pressure in the shower and the beds were extremely uncomfortable to the point we ended up not staying out second night and decided to drive home.

Pros:

I stayed in a one bedroom and it was very roomy! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Orlando.

Very quite and very affordable for being a few miles from Disney..
Pros:

There is free coffee at this hotel all day long. No other breakfast. There are restaurants in walking distance. 7/11, Dennies, Millers Ale House..

Cons:

Really nothing I didn't like. This hotel is just a few miles from Disney and was very affordable...

Great location and loved the room.
Pros:

Great location has restaurants and gas station 2 min walk. Disney is very close. The room kitchen was awesome with mini stove full size fridge and dishwasher. Room had a desk type table which was convenient. Hotel lobby was usually quiet and the hotel felt safe.

Liked everything except parks transportation
Pros:

Rooms are spacious, have everything you need, clean, close to gift shops and the Disney world park

Cons:

No transportation to universal studios, however, i read they have it, that’s why I chose it. When I went there they said no we don’t
The timing to and from Disney parks and Disney springs, definitely, not convenient and have to have a car or uber to go there. Schedule should start by starting time and end by ending time, plus it has to be at least two times a day from and to. I had to rent a car which added more to my expenses to enjoy the parks more.
