Que cobran demasiado por el parqueo,e estado en resort que no cobran parqueo,es demasiado por noche,deberia estar incluido en la reserva
The location was ideal. Close to all 4 parks. The shuttle service to the parks was nice. The lobby was nice. The pool was big and not too deep, I was able to enjoy it.
The carpet from the room smelled dirty. The washing machine was too expensive and there was only 1 detergent on sale at the lobby. The water on the bathtub did not drain properly when showering. The shuttle only offered two parks. The kitchen on the room was hard to turn on and use.
Room is spacious and very clean. Close to attractions in Orlando..

La posizione è ottima a 10 minuti da tutti i parchi Disney e walmart per fare la spesa.
Il residence è aperto h 24 e affianco si trovano molti negozi e ristoranti/fast foods.
La camera è abbastanza grande, pulita, con due letti una piazza e mezza davvero morbidi e comodi.
La cucina dotata di lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane, caffettiera per caffè americano, piastra ad induzione con due piastre e utensili da cucina.
Inoltre in cucina si trovano già: detersivo per piatti, spugnetta nuova per lavare i piatti, sale, zucchero in bustine, scottex e sacchetto di ricambio della pattumiera.
Qualora si avesse necessità di buttare la spazzatura basta semplicemente lasciarla fuori dalla stanza e comunicarlo alla reception.
Manca asciugamano per le mani.
La piscina è aperta fino alle 11 di sera, lasciano a disposizione asciuganani ma non ha nessun ombrellone sotto al quale riposarsi all'ombra.
Se si avesse bisogno di qualcosa da mangiare a colazione o qualche snack al piano terra si trova un angolo con tutto quello che si vuole e basta pagarlo alla reception.
Pecche non ne aggiungo perchè è andato tutto bene ed era tutto già compreso e in ordine, ma se posso consigliare, aggiungerei un asciugando per le mani in cucina, una padella in più perchè ce n'è solamente una e piccola per due, uno scolapasta e delle forbici.
Inoltre lascerei anche una scopa in ogni camera per poter pulire da soli almeno la zona cucina dove non c'è la moquette, poiché il servizio pulizia non è compreso, o per lo meno nel ns pacchetto, negli altri non lo so.
Altra piccola accortezza, in piscina mancano ombrelloni per riposare all'ombra e non per forza sotto al sole cocente e le sdraio sono di ferro battuto giusto per ardersi un pochino con il sole che hanno soprattuto in estate.

Apesar da presença de carpete e de estacionamento para PCD estrangeiro, o hotel ofereceu uma boa estadia.
Fizemos uma reserva de suíte com cama + sofá cama, com banheiro para PCD. Ficamos em um quarto com cama + cama (extra) de molas de armar, com banheiro para PCD.
Great hotel, great location. Has a kitchen that will get the job done with sponge, dish soap, just enough utensils, everything you need. Comfy beds, Dove brand bathroom shampoos/soaps. Clean and spacious room. They had a coffee maker in the kitchen with the usual cheap stuff as every other hotel but also had a coffee machine using real beans to make coffee on the first floor that was complementary, I ended up using that and was very satisfied about it.
I ordered a '2 queen bed' room but got 2 full size beds instead. Also the parking cost me $64 for only 3 nights. I checked after and you have to go down to "Travelers are asking" part of their booking page to see that they charge for parking. The great deal I got turned into an okay deal after including the parking cost. I think the pay to park situation should be clarified on the booking page. Without these 2 unexpected let downs, I would have easily given this hotel a 10 star.
