Pros:

Nice building with kind staff, small but good value for money, kitchen facilities available, relatively close to the BTS and the area I needed

Cons:

The shower's draining filter was not well attached so that a bug can enter the room from there

Pros:

Overall a good experience, nice staff, clean, cafe at the entrance of the building.

Cons:

My room was quite dark, not much natural light. The elevator would see directly in the room if the curtain remaines open.
Low structure in the common area, bumped my head.

Great location for food and walking, good value for money, clean, modern and friendly.
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 6 nights. The staff are so friendly, especially with our son. The hotel is in a great location, perfect for walking and exploring, just one street away from a breakfast food market and restaurants that are open daily.

The hotel and room is quiet even being street facing with a window. There is a 7/11 just steps away, very convenient for snacks and drinks. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer for free use, very convenient with kids.

The facilities at the hotel are basic, everything you need for a short stay in Bangkok. The kitchen and family/dining area is great for bringing your street food purchases back to eat.

Our favourite part is the icy cold air conditioning in the lobby as you walk in!!

Cons:

We have a 2 year old with a large stroller. The rooms are small so space is tight once we have all our belongings in the room. The lift is very small and requires two steps up to get in, not easy with a stroller, large suitcases or more than 3 people.
