The receptionist was a nice guy and very helpful. The view from our room over the river was lovely, and the hotel was a short walk into Chatham.
I imagine in its day this was a great hotel, but now firmly at the budget end. The property was in dire need of a facelift. The double bed, a split divan, had collapsed at one end. The room felt grubby and unloved. For some reason, the cold tap ran really hot until the cold made it through the pipe, very confusing. There was no sink plug in the bathroom. Breakfast was, oh dear! Stale croissants, stale chocolate muffins, toaster burnt one side of the toast, only two yoghourts, coffee so weak it was almost transparent. For the money a travelodge would be a better bet.
Great value for money, nice bar area, lovely view from my room. Lovely towels and bedding. Free parking a bonus, quiet room. The industrial look was nice in the bathroom.
Slight old smell in the corridors, paintwork tired and in need of an update. Had trouble turning shower on and off. But not a real issue.
The rooms size and layout plus the view
The location
Location, parking facility, friendly, reasonably priced
Breakfast wasn't as stated ,continental.
T.v didn't work
Bins in room not emptied
Хареса ми отношението на персонала
Не ми хареса това че нямахме хладилник в стаята . Вода не ни беше предоставена . Стаите не се чистиха и прибираха всеки ден . Уж закуската беше включена една сутрин ресторанта беше затворен.
Bed was big, and a great view
Room was dirty, walls had mould, a shelf was kept up with 2 tree branches. Carpet was dirty and at one point my daughter got someone's false eyelash stuck on her toe. The smell was terrible, like stale smoke and foisty. The shower looked fine but took a lot of strength just to turn the handle to switch on.Breakfast had only a couple of croissants and some toast, terrible. Outside the place is just surrounded with people who I can only describe as crackheads. All in all this place is disgusting and not worth a tenner a night never mind what I paid. If I could give minus score I would. STAY AWAY PEOPLE
The view of the river was great. Room , small , was comfortable enough , a chair would however have been an improvement to it
I thought what was on offer for breakfast was pretty miserable. The public rooms were devoid of any character and were unwelcoming, the whole in a way was mean spirited and cheap — utilitarian - dark corridors and a feeling that the place was not as clean as one might want. The carpet in my room felt gritty ..
Bed and space in room
Lovely soft towels
Shower gel empty
Tea and coffee not replenished from previous occupants and no milk
Some of the view the ugly houses in front didn't help much but staff are helpful and could have extra staff on.
TV not working and couldn't get it sorted as The staff to deal with this wasn't on. And no food at propertly except snacks from vending machine. Was disappointed
Location and view
Tired and damaged fixtures

The bed was comfortable
The bathroom facilities were dirty, and not maintained and designed poorly with unusable fittings. The shower tap was very difficult to turn on and practically impossible to turn off. There was mould in the shower.
The lock on the door was inadequate.
There was no restaurant as advertised. There was a night club playing very loud music next door.
goede en schone bedden, prima douche.
Oud en veel dingen kapot. karig , maar goed ontbijt
prijs te hoog voor deze accomodatie
A+
Friendly staff. Comfy bed.
Room was boiling hot. Bathroom needs a refurb
