Pros:

The parking was full , the room was cold ,breakfast was poor
But the man at reception was very good and sorted all our problems, if only the hotel was as good as him , it would be great, The bed it’s self was awful very poor spring mattress not good for a good night’s sleep

Adequate for sleep, not visually pleasing, disappointing breakfast, parking could be more accessible

The bed was clean and comfortable, staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was continental, cups and bowls were child sizes, inadequate for an adult.
Parking was available 2 hours after check so had to download an app to pay to park, not appropriate, car park was closed due to alleged maintenance, non visible so had to park in staff areas with risk of been blocked in.
Used the bar once, no ice available and the receptionist did everything from manage the reception, the bar, tvs not working in rooms etc

Proche de la gare de Chatham, pour visiter Londres c'est impeccable. Le parking voitures est fort pratique.

Hotel breached it’s basic statutory obligation to provide a service with reasonable care and sill

Severe state of neglect, mouldy dusty odour, heavy dust on vents and light fittings sagging mattress, filthy hallway carpets, rusted bathroom fittings, entirely uninhabitable. Sister felt ill and had to relocate to another hotel to protect our health and wellbeing so checked out after one night. St George’s failed to provide a clean safe room The additional accommodation cost £105 and I will be claiming those costing a full refund for the two nights booked at this dismal hotel
