Hampton Inn Cincinnati Airport South

I have no idea how this hotel gets 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor. No renovation has taken place and the rooms are at least 10 years old - stinky, frayed carpet, most things need repair. Couldn't wait to leave.

Sheila did an amazing job of getting us a room after the Spark down the road canceled our reservation after working a 15 hour day.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and in a great location near lots of restaurant options.

I had a wonderful stay while traveling solo through Florence, Kentucky. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Ok stay-you could tell it was older but had some updates. Weird smell in hallway, kinda like a musty basement. No soap in bathroom. Had old takeout still in fridge from a previous guest. Beds were comfy. Right next to a Cracker Barrel. Pool looked nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk agent recommended a restaurant that was within walking distance of the hotel and also received 10% off my bill because I was a guest at the hotel. Breakfast was great, they had plenty of options! Would definitely stay here again during my next stop to the Cincy/Kentucky area.

The Hampton Inn was very clean upon arrival, Sheila at the front desk was very warm and welcoming .Ask about our trip ,ask if there was anything we needed before going to our room .
Informed us about the breakfast and the timing of the breakfast. Our room was clean. The showers were clean. The air conditioning was nice and cool. What did you want more than that? If I could’ve given you more than five stars I would have.

It was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and very convenient for our one night stop over. The breakfast was fantastic.

Assigned here for work and throughly enjoyed my 5 day stay. Quiet, clean rooms, AC works well, warm breakfast and staff here is so friendly. Matt was a smiling friendly face as I rechecked in for work each night. I enjoy the workout room, restaurants within walking distance and great shuttle drivers to get back and forth to the CVG airport. I am log to log walking miles around the parking lot and surrounding sidewalks for exercise while I am still close by and on call for work .

Clean and well kept. Comfortable bed. Close to restaurants and the freeway. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This is a fairly routine hotel near the Cincinnati airport, but one employee turned an ordinary stay into an exceptional experience.
The woman at the front desk knew my wife was sick and went out of her way to help us. Even though our checkout time had passed and another guest had requested the whirlpool room we were in, she rearranged things and moved us to another room for the next two days so my wife could rest comfortably.

Her kindness and flexibility reminded me what great customer service actually looks like. Outstanding job.

Stayed a couple nights for work

Nice and quite, comfortable bed and aircondition worked well. Couldn't ask for more while working.

And it is close to the airport which is awesome

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a free hot breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and always helpful.

I have stayed at a lot of Hampton’s with my company, and I have to say this one has been within my top 5 . Sheila has been so helpful and kind with everything she has done above and beyond . O and I can’t forget about Matt when I check in he was very welcoming.very helpful . If you ever need anything just ask that will be accommodating. PS.tell them AJ says hi hope they remember me because I will remember them hope to come back to Florence soon. Was definitely a great stay.

Very nice hotel with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. I stay here quite often and find Sheila and the staff helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
