Great customer service
Pros:

Great customer service at this location, every person I interacted from staff was amazing. The room I stayed at was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great — do try the orange juice when you're there.

Cons:

If traveling without a car in the middle of a heatwave, the location is not the most walkable for food/other things you may need. But I think most people will probably have a car.

Great staff
Pros:

Staff & location.

Cons:

Our room had the handicap features. But the Shower flooded big time, every shower, like the drainage level didn’t drain correctly. I think a design flaw.

Nice location next to CSUF. The inside is nice.

The small full sized beds are uncomfortable and pillows are horrible. No bathroom fans! They charge for Parking! Expensive! I won’t be staying here again.
