Nice location next to CSUF. The inside is nice.

Cons:

The small full sized beds are uncomfortable and pillows are horrible. No bathroom fans! They charge for Parking! Expensive! I won’t be staying here again.

Very Comfy and Great Location!
Pros:

Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Shower was okay after they changed the shower head that was broken. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was just okey. I would have been mad if I had to pay the $25 for it, but we fortunately had comp coupons for it.

Exceptional Service
Pros:

My husband and I had a lovely time staying a week at this Marriott. The location works well for us, as we have family/ friends close by, but it’s not too far from the beach or Disney and it is a much better value than other Marriotts nearby. The front desk and housekeeping staff were great. The breakfast was delicious-Denise and Gabral gave exceptional service; they greeted us each morning with big smiles and kept our beverages full. The gym is small, but the pool area is nice with a large hot tub. The concierge lounge is just coffee and packaged snacks/ beverages - although they gave us breakfast vouchers. We loved the cookies at the front desk every night, but free coffee and water dispensers in the lobby would be nice.

Marriott Fullerton
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Fullerton University Marriott and experienced an unexpected plumbing issue that required the hotel to shut off the water for an extended period. While this was certainly inconvenient, what truly stood out was how the staff handled the situation.

I want to give a special thank you to Anthony, who was still in training, along with Amanda and Rosa. They were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire situation. Even though the issue was completely outside of their control, they remained calm, kept guests informed, and did everything they could to make everyone as comfortable as possible. Their positive attitudes and genuine care did not go unnoticed.

I also want to recognize Jennifer, the manager, for making the decision to comp everyone’s room for one night because of the inconvenience. That level of customer service and accountability speaks volumes about how this hotel values its guests.

Problems can happen anywhere, but what matters most is how they’re handled. Thanks to Jennifer, Anthony, Amanda, and Rosa, a frustrating situation was turned into an example of outstanding hospitality. They all deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you for making the best of a difficult situation. We truly appreciate your hard work and exceptional customer service!
