С удовольствием остановлюсь в этом отеле ещё раз.
Pros:

И комната, и локация, и завтрак мне понравились.

Cons:

Бекон на завтрак был пережарен - на мой вкус, конечно.
Комнатные тапочки были малы мне - нужен 45-46 размер.

Cons:

The hotel initially assigned me to a room connected to the adjacent room by an internal iron connecting door. Although the door was locked, I could clearly hear that the guests next door were two men. As a female solo traveler, this immediately made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. No matter how many verbal assurances are given, being alone in a hotel room with a connecting door to strangers is an unsettling experience, especially when you can clearly hear the people on the other side.

I raised my concerns with the front desk. At first, the manager simply told me that the connecting door was locked and could only be opened with a key held by the front desk. However, this explanation did little to ease my concerns, as the issue was not only about the lock itself, but also about the lack of privacy and sense of security such a room arrangement creates for solo female travelers.

After I returned from dinner, the manager asked me again whether the connecting door was truly bothering me. I confirmed that it was, and only then was I moved to another room.

I consider myself fortunate that there happened to be a spare room available that night. Otherwise, I would likely have been forced to remain in a situation where I felt anxious and unsafe throughout my stay. Hotels should seriously reconsider assigning connecting rooms to solo female travelers without prior notice or consent, as this kind of arrangement can create significant discomfort and undermine a guest’s sense of safety.

Excelente hotel y desayuno fabuloso
Pros:

Las instalaciones, el desayuno es excelente, el personal, sobre todo Pedro es muy cordial y te ayuda en todo momento. Nos brindaron paraguas, nos permitieron quedar un poco mas luego del check out, la habitación es grande, la cama cómoda, tiene una pequeña nevera, café con cápsulas, te dejan agua y bombones de cordialidad.

Cons:

Lo único que sería bueno mejorar es la insonorización, en nuestro caso si bien nos dieron una habitación que daba a una calle mas tranquila se escucha bastante el transito de la avenida.

The hotel facility, staff and room comfort was top notch, particularly the breakfast buffet.
Pros:

The room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and I highly recommend adding the breakfast. The buffet has a great selection and it is continually restocked.

Cons:

The location is close to the the train station (which is what we wanted) but it's at least a 20 minutes walk to anything of interest.
