Pros:

We love the location, reasonable price, excellent customer service, nice room, peace and quiet.

Cons:

Hallways are a little bit narrow but overall they’re ok. We will book there again in the future for sure

Is all about location!!
Pros:

The hotel is all about location. It is directly beachfront by the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk.
Room was comfortable and had everything you need plus also included beach chairs and umbrella which is a plus.
Hotel itself doesn’t offer much amenities but again is all about location. Parking is little pricey.
Staff was friendly and professional.

One word—DISAPPOINTMENT
Pros:

The history and location of this hotel. That’s it. Period

Cons:

Where to even start? This hotel is very misrepresented. I paid for and expected an upscale, historic hotel with an amazing view. What I got was a party hotel, no sleep and an obstructed view. I booked the deluxe king room with oceanfront view. See my photo for the view I got. Half of the window was covered with privacy film you can’t see through. The yogurt shop inside the hotel, aka teen rave, blared ghetto music the whole time. Louder than our tv and a/c. The people in the next room literally partied until 5:30am. An actual party with music and yelling and it was allowed. We got NO sleep. As for the historic part—they ripped all the amazing character out and “renovated” it with ikea quality everything.

We only spent one night, but I am looking forward to hopefully spending many more nights there!
Pros:

The front desk staff was very accommodating, my room was most comfortable and I feel it is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in! The staff was constantly washing, vacuuming , etc. the place just smelled so clean and fresh!

Cons:

Could use better venting in the bathroom.
