Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Generally praised — multiple reviews say rooms were 'very clean' and 'immaculate', though one guest reported their room was not serviced during the stay.
Service
7.5
Staff frequently described as friendly, welcoming and exceptional (reception, housekeeping, breakfast service), but a few comments note an unpleasant reception staff member.
Location
8.5
Consistently highlighted as excellent — central in the French Quarter and effectively quiet despite proximity to Bourbon Street; many guests called it 'steps away' or 'perfect location.'
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed feedback: some describe rooms as nice and spacious with good showers, while others found bedrooms compact, lacking bedside space or kettle; one shower was 'hard to figure out.'
Amenities
6.5
Amenities receive mixed notes: attractive courtyard and fast valet, but no kettle in rooms, no pool, limited breakfast options, and parking is off-site/costly.
Value for Money
5.5
Several guests felt price did not match expectations (star rating confusion, extra costs for parking/valet, missing pool/breakfast in some rates), leading to lower perceived value.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast was repeatedly called 'good' or 'great' and often included, but some guests noted limited choices and issues with cold pancakes/French toast/waffles.
Overall Experience
7.5
Overall positive sentiment: many guests call it a 'hidden gem', say they'd return, and praise ambiance and staff — tempered by the sporadic service/amenity/value complaints.
