Geeignet für Frühaufsteher die Wert auf Sauberkeit legen und denen ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer egal ist.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, vom Inhaber bis zum Servicepersonal, toller Ausblick auf den Gardasee, Parkplätze auf der Hotelanlage, Zimmer durch Fensterladen komplett zu verdunkeln, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Das Zimmer: extrem hellhörig, die Reinigungskräfte haben morgens um 08:30 Uhr mit der recht lautstarken Reinigung der umliegenden Zimmer begonnen, Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank/ Minibar. Man kann also keine Getränke für sich kaltstellen. Einrichtung der Zimmer lieblos (keine Bilder/ Deko, kein Ganzkörperspiegel). Badezimmer ohne nennenswerte Ablagen für 2 Personen. Frühstück von 07:30-09:30 Uhr für Urlaub zu früh zu ende.

Super Hotel zum entspannen und relaxen ganz toller Blick über den See
Pros:

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in der Zeit als wir vor Ort waren freundliches Aufmerksames Personal auch die Besitzer sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Die Küche gibt sich wirklich Mühe ein abwechslungsreiches Menü zu schaffen. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Abends kann man auf der Terrasse oder Bar den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

Cons:

Die Auffahrt schreckt vielleicht durch die Steilheit etwas ab. Aber man hat sich schnell daran gewöhnt.

Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. High level of service and culture. The most surprising thing was the hotel garden leading to a mountain path and a natural waterfall.

Cons:

You should keep in mind that the hotel is located on a steep slope, so if you go into town, you will have to pay some effort for the incredibly beautiful view.n

Pros:

Die Anlage war sehr sauber und sehr schön

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer
Der Pool war keine große Erfrischung viel zu warm
Im Hotel viele Treppen nicht für welche die nicht gut zu Fuß sind
Frühstück war auch ganz einfach bei 4 Sterne mehr erwartet

Weekend in moto..
Pros:

Ottima struttura con vista sul lago eccezionale, sulla veranda viene servita colazione e cena, e la vista è meravigliosa.
Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto accogliente.
Ci hanno riservato una camera con vista lago anche se la prenotazione era per una vista giardino, per cui grazie, perché poter godere di quel panorama è stato molto piacevole, seppur per poco tempo!
Abbiamo dovuto lasciare fuori la moto perché per raggiungere la struttura c'è una salita con un dislivello enorme, ma era controllata dalle telecamere e ci sono venuti a prendere in macchina per portare su i bagagli.
Colazione impeccabile

Cons:

Devo segnalare 2 cose:
La mancanza del bidet...che in Italia è obbligo!
E l'insonorizzazione della camera da migliorare, sentire tutti i rumori e svegliarsi alle 6 con la sveglia del vicino è stato un po' poco piacevole!
Ma nulla che ha scalfito il nostro soggiorno

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht ist perfekt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentrumsnah und doch ruhig. Der Aufenthalt hätte nicht schöner sein können.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Top Lage, wenn man gut gehen kann, da das Hotel an erhöhter Lage ist. Dafür ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
