Amazing hotel
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel last night and had an excellent experience. The hotel is extremely clean, modern, stylish, and very well maintained. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and friendly, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, comfortable, and relaxing, and you can really see the attention to detail in every part of the hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and high-quality place to stay. We would definitely come back again.

Pros:

Location was good. Hotel was clean and room comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Nothing wrong with hotel etc. Breakfast was ok but let things down slightly by limited selection of options and no cooked buffet style food. Was based around sugar type food, no meat selection etc

Great hotel, world-class hospitality
Pros:

Very nice little hotel in the centre of Florence. The facilities are very cosy and the rooms feel modern. The most impressive thing however, was the people working at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they all did their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. If I would return to Florence, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Great hotel in a fantastic location, perfect for the sights of Florence. Room was lovely, staff friendly but the extras made it truly special like complementary drink each evening along with snacks before heading off to dinner on an evening. Breakfast was also great, couldn’t ask for more and will definitely return when visiting Florence again.

Fabulous break, lovely people, felt safe and looked after.
Pros:

The location was great with easy access to the centre, The staff were really friendly and nothing was any trouble. Very clean with a great room that was really comfortable with a great shower.

Cons:

The entrance wasn’t great as we had a little trouble opening the large wooden door to get to the second floor entrance from the street on an evening and it was a little noisy but we were so tired and the room was so comfy we slept well.
