Pros:

Отель очень удачно расположен рядом с собором Санта Мария Дель Фьоре. У нас была просторная терраса с видом на купол собора. Каждый день в отеле предлагают бесплатный напиток и снеки. В такую жару помогала бесплатна вода, которую персонал ставил в холодильник.

Cons:

В номере не хватает розеток (особенно около кровати).

Das Personal inkl. Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, ebenso die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels. Die Lage top.

One of thd most pleasant hotels I’ve ever stayed in!
Pros:

Excellent location for the city sights, all in easy walking distance. The breakfast was adequate and the staff were absolutely fabulous. Very friendly and informative. The hotel furnishings are splendid and innovative and very comfortable. A brilliant place to stay.

Cons:

Perhaps a bit more floor space in the room, but that’s being picky!

Great location and helpful staff. We got upgraded so a treat.

It’s on the second floor of a building so need to ring to be let in . Once checked in you get codes .
