Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a cavallo del ponte dei primi di maggio, l'esperienza è stata molto positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista. La posizione l'hotel è letteralmente a 31 passi dal mare, la vista dalle camere è verso il mare, il ristorante è fenomenale ad ogni pasto, il personale è così gentile come non ne incontravo da anni. Ragazzi giovani ma preparati, cortesi educati e con un ottimo problem solving. ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierei a chiunque.

1 - al momento del check out non mi hanno fatto la fattura anche se richiesta in prenotazione, mi hanno detto che mi avevano mandato una mail con la richiesta del codice UNIVOCO perchè mancante, ma ormai era troppo tardi per farmi la fattura, boh!! non ho fatto questione e me ne sono andato. Ricordo che la FATTURA quando viene richiesta nei tempi corretti é d' OBBLIGO.
2- cercavo un HOTEL con la palestra , c'era scritto nei servizi PALESTRA , ma all'arrivo mi hanno detto che c'erano due cyclette e basta.
3- parcheggio su prenotazione, il sabato sera è un problem se non si prenota, c'era scritto di prenotarlo? mi sarà sfuggito.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel, alle Zimmer mit Meerblick, direkt in der ersten Reihe. Wirklich sehr zentrale Ausgangslage in Riccione. Ein für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppiges Frühstück. Man könnte da auch zu Abendessen aber das haben wir nie gemacht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war zu diesem Zeitpunkt wirklich sehr gut, sodass wir auf jeden Fall (nur in der Nebensaison) wiederkommen würden.

Cons:

Es gibt natürlich keine kostenfreien Parkplätze, direkt ums Hotel. Man kann natürlich welche dazu buchen. Ich glaube 20 € am Tag. In Max. 10 Minuten Entfernung gäbe es aber auch kostenfreie Parkplätze. In der Nebensaison kein Problem.
Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr „little“. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer 13-jährigen Tochter. Das war okay für eine Woche mit Gepäck musste man aber dennoch schon ganz schön stapeln. Zum Glück war das Wetter schön, daher haben wir da nur geschlafen. Kleine Einschränkung zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben schon mal für nächstes Jahr geschaut, da war das Zimmer zum aktuellen Stand doppelt so teuer. Das wäre dann tatsächlich wahrscheinlich keine Option mehr für uns.

Ottimo - torneremo volentieri
Pros:

Posizione ideale fronte spiaggia con ottimo balconcino vista mare. A pochi passi dalla via principale con negozi e ristoranti, camera sufficientemente silenziosa, non ho idea però di come possa essere in alta stagione con un maggior numero di avventori o gente a passeggio sul lungomare in estate. Frigorifero utilissimo. Colazione continentale abbondante, anche con bevande e alimenti senza lattosio. Ottimo rapporto prezzo / prestazioni (anche qui non so com'è in alta stagione o al week-end). L'hotel dispone anche di biciclette ad uso gratuito previa cauzione che viene restituita al rientro. Torneremo volentieri l'anno prossimo!

Cons:

La camera era estremamente calda nonostante fuori le temperature fossero decisamente al di sotto della media stagionale. La prima notte abbiamo tenuto la finestra aperta e la tapparella abbassata, ma con il vento da mare ha sbatacchiato tutta la notte. La seconda notte abbiamo acceso il condizionatore che tuttavia è molto rumoroso, fortunatamente sopportabile tenendolo al minimo (ma così ha dato poco sollievo). Forse andrebbero rivisti gli accessori e la rubinetteria del bagno perchè danno l'impressione di aver visto anni migliori.

Emplacement top, bon petit déjeuner pour le prix, dog-friendly, vue magnifique

Cons:

Aucune insonorisation… on s’est fait réveillés par les autres personnes séjournant dans les chambres du même étage.
Le lit est trop petit pour les personnes de grandes tailles (je fais 1m95)
Les attributions des parkings sont mal gérées. Mais le personnel est flexible.

Ambiente accogliente , stanza e bagno pulitissima , vista mare e colazione abbondante. Parcheggio da prenotare a pochi passi ma facile da gestire . Tutto lo staff super gentile , consiglio a tutti per un soggiorno tranquillo e a pochissimi passi dal mare !

Cons:

Porte fenêtre de la chambre qui ne se ferme pas.
Entrée de la chambre bloquée par 2 lits suspendus.
Lits suspendus qui bloquaient la lumière, finction allumé ! Seule solution est de couper l'électricité pour dormir.
Très mauvaise insonorisation.
Place de parking payée à 29 euro occupée par des employés de l'hôtel qui rechinent à déplacer leur voiture.
Nourriture industrielle.
