Gran compromiso de su personal
Pros:

Estuve en los bloqueos de Feb (Mencho's RIP) y el personal trabajó 24 hrs de corrido, cortos de personal, con un hotel rebasado de huespedes y lo hizo dando lo mejor de si. Un gran reconocimiento (excepto a Eduardo que solo le interesaba estar platicando con Jazmin y cuando lo interrumpí, gozo negándome la petición) pero todos los demás desde la gerente hasta cada chav@ en el restaurante, se portaron de una gran forma. FELICIDADES!!!!!

Cons:

No hay extensión a recepción y solo contestan en restaurante y como ese día estaban a tope, al final, ni ahi contestaban.
Gente ruidosa en alberca y hasta que bajé a quejarme (se escuchaba hasta el 7° piso) los callaron.
