I expected a much better, updated place for $170. Even the breakfast was bare minimum

Wallpaper peeling off of walls, flooring was slipping with gaps between the planks, bleach stains on comforters, decor is from the 70’s, literally. Stains on the walls, just run down and dingy

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

needs a lot of upgrades. Floors have been upgraded. Stayed last year same time and floors had been upgraded but no more upgrades done since last visit.

It was the worst experience we've ever had!
Pros:

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the employees, pool, and location.

Cons:

The hotel was disgusting. First night we found 2 roaches in our room. The air conditioner looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The wallpaper was peeling off all the walls. Floors were really dirty. Our seats in our rooms were filthy stained and disgusting. All that was just inside the room. In the hallways, walls were stained, and carpet was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in years. We will never return here!!! Stay away!

Quality Inn...lol...more like ...The Roach Motel!

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Walked into cockroaches on the wall, on the counters and in the bathroom along with spiders in the bathroom. The wall paper was peeling off of the wall and the stairs smell like urine. The front desk transferred us to a different room that appeared ok until we went into the bathroom, and again more roaches. The A/C was not working properly and in the middle of the night the heater turned on. In the middle of a heat wave durring summer. Breakfast was coffee/ tea, 2 cold cereals, Activia yogurt, and the worst waffles we have tasted, and either an apple or an orange. The front desk was 0 help. Offered to only refund me the nights that I was not longer going to be needing, obviously I checked out. No manager on site. When I asked for a number to take the complaints up the chain, I was told to look it up myself. Now booking .Com tells me that they tried reaching out to quality inn and there was no reply from the hotel, so I should contact the property myself...this was the start of a summer vacation for me and my grand daughters. Terrible!
