Everything was enjoyable. Sad about dirty hot tub and pool
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Had variety and was enjoyable

Cons:

I wish the hot tub was clean. It had a giant stain in it that left us feeling icky and didn’t want to use it. Walked to the pool and it wasn’t very clean either. We decided not to swim when this was the reason we booked this place.

Pros:

staff helpful, access to free breakfast, free parking, security gate to property

Cons:

sound proofing, could hear people in the hallway, person talking one floor above me, creaking and poor stability in floors b/c I hear the walking back and forth, room was too dark in color.

Good beds & shower but don't expect much if you book a room with a "kitchen" or have food allergies
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was large and had a great shower. The kitchen area in our room was a good size. The breakfast was good for myself with hot and cold options except the cereal shute that said "Cornflakes" but was actually "Fruit Loops" and there were no gluten or lactose free options for my husband and 2 sons. The after hours outside security of the hotel was very good.

Cons:

We chose to have a room with a kitchen as my husband and 2 sons all have varying degrees of severe food allergies so have no choice but to cook ourselves. It had 2 hotplates and a small fridge which we knew it should have from the room description when I booked this accommodation. It had 2 pots and one frypan & about 3 cooking utensils but had NO cutlery, NO plates or bowls, NO dishwashing liquid, NO teatowels and NO dishcloths or scourers and only plastic cups and paper cups and lots of empty cupboards. When I asked very politely at Reception their initial reaction was "SO WHAT" which took me totally by surprise as I believed this was a very reasonable request for a room advertised as having a kitchen with a stovetop! After pressing, the male staff member took me into the breakfast area and asked me to search with him to find these items. After securing only some plates and cutlery, this staff member asked sarcastically if was I planning to cook a roast. After returning to our room I realised there were no teatowels or dishwashing liquid (not wanting to use the bathroom hand towels or hand soap) so I reluctantly returned to reception to politely ask for these items. Both staff members were sitting down looking at their phones and seemed very annoyed that I dare disturb them to ask for these items. They both straight away said no they didn't, but again when I pressed politely, they said to see Housekeeping which I then did but the very friendly Housekeeping told me to see Reception. I found every Reception staff member we encountered (apart from the one man when we left who said nothing & only smiled) to be totally disinterested in their job and in helping their guests.
While the room was just OK, the wall to the next room must be extremely thin as we could hear every single word of their conversation which went until 1am in the morning.

Pros:

The place was decent but not worth over 300 canadian per night.
The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. I also appreciated the 12pm check out.

Cons:

I heard the people walking around upstairs. So id have to keep the fan on to drown out the noise.
The walk to the train stop as a solo female wasn't great. Lots of cat-calling. I didn't feel like it was a great neighborhood. It looked okay, just some sketchy people.

Acceptable but make sure room is under some vibrating machine on 3rd floor
Pros:

The room was spacious and location close enough to light rail and airport. Breakfast was basic american breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

My room was over some form of pump or machine I had a large vibrating sound all night.
the wify often disconnected its one of those annoying got to log in ones through hotel and had security issues accessing it on my macbook. Bed was comfy.
