The Clerk, and the pool that's always closed

I like the cleanliness and the amenities. The water pressure was great and the rooms were really clean.

Cons:

The graveyard shift clerk was not friendly or professional at all. Did not say much but what had to be said. Gave me my key cards and said nothing. One of my keys did not work so I was locked out of the building. Walked to the main entrance and reported the issue. I was told the doors work when they want to but it should work for your room but it did not! Walked back down and told her and she gave attitude probably because she had to walk up to my room to let me in. I ask her if she wanted the bad card and she says, "put it to the side do whatever you want with it as she was walking away. TERRIBLE! Not mention the pool for the second time is somehow closed again. And last but not least, I went to report the issue on the TV prompt, message said "sorry to hear about your experience someone will reach out to you soon"... No one reached out. Went to check out, No one there.

We came to Tulsa to enjoy a concert and loved our comfortable stay after a long day of travel.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable and loved the pillows. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Breakfast in the morning was so convenient and all fresh. The 24 hour coffee and tea was definitely awesome.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong with the property. Staff was great and very helpful. All around great property.

We I’d have to turn our air down to 66 to keep it cool I think because the hallway was really hot and humid is why we had to turn the ac down so low and the lighting in the room was really bright even with just one light on no night light to leave ion at night but not a big deal just if you needed a light to see if you went to the bathroom it would be too bright if you had someone with you, but on the other hand it was nice having bright lights other times.
