Too many avoidable frustrations for the price paid.
Pros:

Great location and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Housekeeping was disappointing throughout the stay. Daily servicing appeared limited to fresh bed linen and a superficial bathroom clean, with little evidence of a thorough clean or attention to detail.

The hotel also adopts a policy where almost everything is a chargeable extra. No complimentary bottled water was provided in the room, and even basic coffee pods, which are standard in most hotels of this category, were charged at R$11 each.

Room service was particularly poor. We ordered simple, family-friendly options — a mozzarella pizza and chips. The pizza was clearly of frozen, supermarket quality and well below the standard expected from a hotel restaurant.

The rooftop pool setup was equally baffling. While towels are available, guests must travel 19 floors down to reception to collect them and then return to the rooftop, creating an unnecessary inconvenience.

Key cards also failed repeatedly throughout the stay, requiring frequent visits to reception to have them reactivated. With one elevator out of service, this became particularly frustrating and resulted in regular delays using already overburdened lifts.

Overall, the experience felt focused on charging guests for basic amenities while delivering a level of service and quality that fell well short of expectations.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, limpeza, conforto, amenidades da praia, perto da praia, piscina aquecida, bairro tranquilo para fazer as coisas a pé.

Cons:

Os quartos precisam de uma manutenção (antigos e com alguns probleminhas), a tv não conecta na internet, então não da pra assistir nenhum streaming ou youtube. Achei o café da manhã apenas ok, nada elaborado e algumas coisas sem sabor.
