It is very dirty, zero hygiene.
The room was exceptionally clean, warm and smelled amazing. I really appreciated how accommodating the staff were when I requested a room change, as they were able to assist me despite the request being made upon arrival. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short stay and the staff throughout the property were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.
The food was just okay, although I found the pastries disappointing and they did not taste particularly fresh, the glasses used for drinking juice and water smelled like they had been washed in the same water as the pot used to make egg’s but The biggest issue for me was the shower. After showering, a significant amount of water floods onto the bathroom floor and the small towel provided is not sufficient to absorb it. This meant having to physically wring out the wet towel and wipe the floor again. For a property at this price point, I think a more practical solution should be considered.
The WiFi was also extremely slow and the connectivity was poor. As I needed to work during my stay, this was particularly disappointing and I ultimately had to rely on my personal data. For a property of this standard, I would expect a much more reliable internet connection.
