Ideale Lage für eine Zwischenübernachchtung
Pros:

Die Lage zum Bahnhof Dresden-Neustadt ist ideal. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite an einer Hauptstraße und mit dem gegenüberliegenden Bahnhof sind sehr laut, zumal die Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage verfügen und bei 28 Grad Zimmertemperatur ein offenes Fenster einzige Möglichkeit ist.

Elegantes Hotel, gut gelegen, mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal
Pros:

Das elegante grossräumige Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Die Lage nahe des Bahnhofs Neustadt war ideal.
Da ich immer frühmorgens unterwegs war, habe ich nicht vom Frühstück profitiert.

Pros:

Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer groß, sauber und mit ordentlicher Matratze, Frühstück in Ordnung. Etwa eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß zu bekannten Biergärten und Innenstadt auf netten Wegen.

Cons:

Leider keine Klima und erheblicher Straßenlärm.

-5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof DD Neustadt
zu Fuß
-in 15min zu Filmnächte Konzertfläche an der Elbe
-viele Lokale

Cons:

Unbedingt Zimmer zum Garten bestellen wg Lärm.

Im heißen Sommer heizt das Gebäude stark; ein leiser Ventilator ist vorhanden und hilft etwas.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist eine sehr schönes, traditionelles Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist prima in der Neustadt, aber man ist auch schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof Neustadt, direkt an der Bahnstrecke und einer Strassenbahnlienie. Es empfielt sich ein Zimmer zum Innenhof zu buchen. Es gibt übrigens keine Klimaanlage.
