Very pleasant stay in the heart of Budapest
Pros:

Staff was friendly an welcoming. Excellent location in the heart of Budapest in an area with nice little restaurants. Rooms had a good size and were freshly renovated, good quality linnen and towels, everything was very clean. Aircondition worked fine! Buffet style breakfast offered great choices. And I enjoyed the aminities like tea- and coffe tray in the room or cool water and apples in the lobby. We had a great stay!

Great location. Improve reception staff customer service and room smell and drainage
Pros:

Housekeeping were lovely. Reception desk polite enough but disinterested. Strange smell in corridor and room especially bathroom. Slow emptying sink. Great location. Pillows to fat/ uncomfortable.

A great place to stay in Budapest
Pros:

The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff were super nice. Very close to the main street and very important to the airport shuttle stop

Cons:

The TV in the room has no Netflix or even YouTube which was not that big of a deal but we wanted to use it since the TV has only Hungarian channels.

Cons:

Had a problem with the cleaner one morning Poor cleaning of the room and changed air con settings to heat in summer funny but the staff had the room cleaned in the evening while we were out so all good in the end.

Nice hotel, but extremely firm mattress was very uncomfortable.
Pros:

Very nice renovated hotel.

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard - it felt like sleeping on a board. I would expect a hotel to have a mattress that was more suitable to all types, not only those who like very firm.
