The location is very convenient to TD garden arena
The rooms are incredibly small and the “bathroom” is like being on a boat. Plastic walls with a shower and toilet. The hotel model is for packing people in after an event without giving them a proper room.
Modern and quirky.
Understand the ethos of not having kettles in rooms but think availability of free tea/coffee should be in the communal areas alongside the water fountain.

The location was the prime reason we chose CitizenM. We had tickets to a concert at TD Garden, and this was very convenient to that and the train. The room was very clean, quiet and safe.
The position of the bed was very inconvenient, where the mattress was surrounded by walls on 3 sides and the pillows were up against one of the side walls, necessitating one party having to climb over the other to get in or out. We also thought that drinking glasses could have been provided to that we could take our pills. Also the lighting was a little hard to figure out when we were tired and going to bed. We slept with some lights on until 2:30AM until we figured out the “night light” mode. We also weren’t willing to pay $20.50 each for a very mediocre buffet breakfast.

Expensive, tiny room with bed tacked to the wall thus accessible from one side only , view only into courtyard at industrial sheetmetal ventilation ducting.
It was a comfortable room and was centrally located. It was easy to get to and very nice.
Everything was fine. There was not really anything I could say bad about it.
La estancia en el hotel vale el precio que cuesta: habitaciones tranquilas con vistas panorámicas a Boston (de cuadro de Antonio López); cama extra-cómoda; habitación pequeña, mas con todo lo necesario; desayuno-buffet con productos frescos y variados cada día (café de máquina incluido y no solo americano, macedonia de frutas, yogur griego, chía, tomates cherry, salmón, bollería y panes no industriales, etc.); limpieza en todas las zonas comunes; personal de trato amable. Está situado en pleno centro de Boston, en la North Station, al lado de una escuela de danza donde pueden tomarse clases y desde donde recorrer andando todo el centro de la ciudad y alrededores (MIT y Harvard). La zona no es peligrosa (aunque hubo un tiroteo enfrente del hotel cuando estuve), y hay una sala de conciertos y eventos al lado que llena la calle de vitalidad y alegría.
Cierta y casual impertinencia en el trato por parte del servicio de limpieza de habitaciones; la excesiva luz tenue de los pasillos, que oculta las potenciales circunstancias que añaden los inquilinos descuidados sobre la moqueta común de cada planta (la cual no se haya ni en la zona de cocina y salón, donde se come y se puede pasar el rato ojeando u hojeando los libros que tiene el hotel, participando en los juegos de mesa que ofrecen, o haciendo nada en los sofás). No obstante, eso son cuestiones muy menores y subsanables.

Rooms were extremely small. Bathroom was a toilet and shower. Sink was in the room. There was no way to really relax.
