A great place for a single traveller to stay.
Pros:

Its style and location. All the room controls on an iPad.

Cons:

Breakfast was sub-standard, unfortunately. It’s much better at Citizen M hotels in London.

Pros:

A hotel in an excellent location, easy to walk or take public transportation to anywhere in the city. While the room was clean, the refresh of the room was sporadic, i had requested daily service and did not receive it. Public area of the hotel were well maintained.

Cons:

The staff were very disappointing. They did not always recognize a guest waiting, often talking to each other about personal plans, money, paychecks etc. Very unprofessional behavior. The staff at breakfast was hit or miss, often ignoring requests, or not restocking the buffet. Room was not refreshed daily, even though i had requested it online. I had to go to the lobby everyday and ask for fresh glasses for the room. This hotel was not the usual high level of a Marriott property.

Great location, very comfortable for a short stay!
Pros:

The bed was great! The room was small but well designed and for a 3 night stay it was very comfortable and very well situated to the T and other places we wanted to go.

A localização é perfeita, a 50 metros da North Station onde pode apanhar várias linhas de metro. Bairro simpático com comércio, restaurantes e a 10 minutos a pé de vários pontos de interesse.
O quarto embora pequeno inclui tudo o que precisa, adoro o conceito deste hotel (design, conforto, climatizarão silenciosa e perfeita, iluminação, cortinas opacas, comandos num Ipad, tudo excelente)
A cama era super confortável e os lençóis frescos e de boa qualidade.
Pequeno almoço muito bom, com produtos de boa qualidade e sala de refeições muito agradável.
Funcionários muito simpáticos e colaborastes.

Cons:

o hotel situa-se num edifício com 9 andares com apenas dois elevadores e um deles esteve sempre avariado nos 5 dias da minha estadia.

Mediocre hotel, poorly furnished, for expensive rooms. No parking. No valet.

Cons:

Location, $180 to part for 2 days. No valet with only curbside tow away zone; lobby on 4th floor inconvenient with luggage and car, single king configuration requires spouses to climb over each other. No luggage rack in room, mediocre towels and bathroom. Slow sing drain. Soap dispenser broken. Only 3 tissues left in box, Kinda euro ghetto furnishing. Daytime curtains were missing. Poor experience for $400+ per night. Stay somewhere else for your money!!

Comfortable, creative and fun!
Pros:

I've never stayed in such an intuitive place before!
While the room may have seemed smaller than regular hotel rooms- there was no loss of comfort, no waste of space. Everything I needed was right there and a nice window view in top of it!

Comfortable, convenient, clean and Modern, will happily be staying here again!
Pros:

Location is right near north station, and extremely convenient. Walking distance from the North End. Easy to find and right next door to plenty of choices for food. The bed was very comfortable, the room was laid out well and conveniently. Enough space for 2 people. Staff was wonderful. The hotel is very clean high tech. LED lights, digital and switch controlled blinds to boot. The blackout curtains are phenomenal, usually there is a little peek of light but it was as dark as night with the blackout shut. I appreciated the easy self check in and choice of what view we would prefer (Causeway vs TD garden view)

Cons:

The bathroom door doesn’t shut entirely and there really isn’t a TON of privacy in there. Everything that goes on inside the bathroom can be heard in the rest of the room. Soundproof windows on the Causeway side help a little. But sirens and revving engines can still be very loud.
