Very comfortable.
Pros:

This was our 1st time checking in at a kiosk. It was pretty easy. We liked that there was a 24/7 food/beverage station.

Cons:

We went to the hotel bar after a concert. The food bar pizza and nachos we ordered were ok, but not very good. Pizza was a little chewy could have been cooked a little longer. Nachos came out they were chips in a bowl not warm and the cheese wasn't melted, just sprinkled on top.

It was a fantastic experience.
Pros:

All the staff were so nice, especially Joel. We enjoyed the artwork, bar, food, breakfast, and overall atmosphere. My boyfriend loved that you could operate the lighting and shades from the iPad. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Boston.

Pros:

El hotel es encantador sobre todo las áreas comunes,excelentemente decorado,con muchísimos espacios donde estar,cenar o simplemente sentarse a ver el atardecer.Las habitaciones son chicas pero de camas muy cómodas,y el baño es vidriado,lo cual no me parece tan funcional.Si no optas por desayuno igualmente tienes café,té y jugo de naranjas a tu disposición por las mañanas.

Cons:

Weird bathroom with a glass door that doesn’t close. Bar very expensive. Microwaved pizza was horrific. They didn’t have the room with view that I asked for and booked months ago. No glasses or coffee maker in room.

Perfect with one minor shortcoming.
Pros:

The location is great for a city trip to Boston. Very close to the subway. The rooms are stylish, clean and very well thought out. Bathroom is perfect, there is no bathtub just a shower. This is perfect as many US hotels still have showers where you first need to climb in a bathtub. The living room is spacious and is a perfect place to hang out in and plan your day.

Cons:

The only thing that annoyed me was that we could not watch the Red Sox games in the hotel. Neither in the living room nor in our own hotel room.
