Don’t stay here on 100 degree days management does not care about guests

I liked the NEXT hotel we stayed at, because it had working air conditioning

Cons:

The air conditioning did NOT work it was literally 100 degrees each night we stayed there and just had to deal with it horrible experience

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit toller Zimmeraussicht auf die Skyline und hervorragendem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage, Metro mit zwei Linien in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Umgebung.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit Müsli, frischem Obstsalat, Lachs und hervorragenden Croissants.
Sehr schöne Atmosphäre in der Lobby, man kann sich dort gut aufhalten und Getränke von der Bar bekommen. Wasserspender zum Auffüllen der eigenen Behälter vorhanden.
Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer auf die Skyline von Boston war hervorragend und trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts ruhig.
Die Aussenterrasse zum Sitzen direkt an der Lobby in der 4. Etage war sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das Bett steht direkt am Fenster, wenn man zu zweit im Bett schläft, muss einer über den anderen klettern
Das Waschbecken ist direkt im Zimmer, Dusche und Toilette in einer Kabine im Zimmer inkludiert, da muss man sich schon sehr gut kennen und mögen, für uns als Paar kein Problem, mit einer Freundin fände ich es nicht so angenehm

Comfortable sleep, convenient location
Pros:

Convenient location located right on top of subway station. Bed and pillows were comfortable and had good views of the bridge from the room. Friendly check-in and restaurant staff. Love the quirky, modern design of the CitizenM brand too.
