The rooms were great. The pool was disgustingly gross. The water was green and super cloudy and there were no towels.
Just the pool
Clean. Lobby was beautiful and quite comfortable. Excellent staff and the shuttle was on time and took no time at all to get to the airport.
It was all great. Room was clean and very comfortable.
Front desk
Rooms were half cleaned after asking for room service daily.
Suites are always nice with families. Beds were comfortable. Manager reception and breakfast are good.
Hilton should be ashamed. Everything was so run down and outdated. Dirty. Furniture in our room actually had holes with stuffing showing. Lukewarm showers and slow drains. Pool area had visible mold and insulation. Doors and Mop boards peeling off everywhere. Broken elevator, dirty stairwells. Breakfast was decent but they ran out of everything. Double beds, which we knew, but not great for larger people. Way overpriced for the condition of the hotel. We can only assume the owners are planning on leveling the property as nothing seems to have been updated in 30 years.
For the price it was okay. One elevator out of three was down. The top bed comforter had something black on it in a couple spots, the sheets looked okay. And, unfortunately a local homeless gentleman got in and committed suicide by jumping off the top floor in the atrium below.
We love embassy suites. The only hotel we use
Doesn’t even have the basics a guest would expect. No shampoo, no hair dryer. Phone on the bedside table didn’t work and they couldn’t bother to answer when I called the main line from my cell phone. Refrigerator so loud you think you’re still at the airport on the runway. Hilton just keeps getting worse no matter which brand you choose.
There were negatives and positives of this hotel. We were there for a safety convention, so there were quite a few people. The hotel is definitely old, and there are some much needed updates. In our room (which was supposed to be an upgrade), the curtains on both the hallway window and the exterior window had problems. The hallway, we were able to get to close, but the exterior was a much bigger problem. We had to ask the hotel twice about this window (west side of the building so picture the sun in your eyes in bed). The curtains were too short to close all the way. You close one side, the other opened. We were told they didn't have any other curtains to fix it and were going to leave. They finally got a ladder and hung a blanket up on the rod after WE suggested the fix.
The positives: The breakfast was good when they had the guy running the griddle. He was a true griddle master. The event rooms were close to everything so that was handy. The best part, John, who was part of the meeting room staff was a true rock star. That man worked his tail off to make sure the rooms were set as we needed them.
The location was nice.
The beds were comfortable.
NA
Comfortable and great staff
Kids running loose throughout the hotel
Not much
It took forever to check in because only one person at the desk. The room was dirty, the pool area was dirty, the tables in the lobby were dirty. It was just bad overall.
Easily accessible staff was friendly
Felt like our room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, the furniture was pushed around, we found hair styling products in the sheets, and our bathroom had no hand soap no bar soap.
