The room had a refrigerator and microwave. A decent selection of TV channels to watch during our stay.
The room was dusty. The room and really the entire hotel was in need of a major upgrade. The toilet in the bathroom was old and really low. The sinks outside of the bathroom were very unreliable, they would spit out water in spurts and were very loud. The water was also discolored when it first came out of the faucets outside of the bathroom. I was told the parking was $15 a night and when we checked in, it was $17 a night. The breakfast buffet was very bland. Everything tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for far too long. One of the Elevators in the hotel was not working during our entire stay, making wait times longer. We didn't receive housekeeping in our room for over 5 hours.

The sofa bed was in extremely poor condition and not suitable for use. Unfortunately, did not meet basic expectations of comfort or cleanliness.
We booked two rooms for a group of six people specifically so everyone could have separate beds. However, this was not the case on arrival. After raising the issue with the manager, Kristine, we eventually received a mattress for one room, but no solution was offered for the second room.
As a result, two members of our group had to share a bed, which was not what we had booked or paid for. We also requested an additional room, but this was refused by reception.
Overall, the handling of the situation was disappointing, and the accommodation did not reflect the standard expected based on the listing.
Breakfast and the happy hour is always a plus. Most things were great bit they didn't have a hot tub like advertised.
Someone passed away and unfortunately it happened right below our room. They also had to switch our room which was one bed short.
We have stayed here before .... we normally like Embassy Suites due to the Happy Hour and breakfast ... but we were very disappointed this time. The upkeep on this facility is non-existent. They need a lot of work done! Even one of the elevator banks was out of service (and I swear this was also out of service on my last stay as well). Like they have just given up!?!
We tried to check in early --- they said no. They said that they had no record of my request to check in early (since I booked through you Booking.com). It was like they were punishing us for not booking through them directly.
The room smelled MUSTY. The air conditioner unit (in the ceiling) was leaking on the tile floor by the wet bar (right outside the bedroom door) .... we had to keep mopping it up so that we didn't slip on the tile. The living room chair was so dirty and tattered that no one would EVER want to sit in it. It was disgusting! I can't believe they actually had that chair in the room. The electricity went out on Saturday night ... due to a storm. While we understand this is not the hotel's fault ... the way they handled the situation was very poor. We stood at the front desk waiting for the clerk to acknowledge our presence and ask if they could help us .... we stood there forever, he just kept working on his computer and never even looked up. He knew we were standing there for quite some time. It was not friendly at all. We ended up checking out at 9:45 pm on Saturday night since there was no electricity. I have a medical device that needs to be plugged in. They said they could not check us out because we booked through 3rd party - you (Booking.com). They said I could contact you for a refund. I asked if they could give me something that shows we checked out early --- he said "NO." I asked if he could give me his name or something I could use to prove to you that I checked out early, and he gave me a blue sticky note where he wrote down "Devin." Great! That is very helpful Devin! : (
Price was good as well as location.
The toilet was worn out , too low, leaked until I could fix it. The pool was too dirty and smelled bad. So much that we didn’t use it at all!!!

The staff was very nice and it was clean.
The pictures should be considered false advertisement. I’ve never seen watered down scrambled eggs until we came and stayed here. The breakfast was just absolutely horrible. Everything was cold, hard, and just not fit to eat. One of the elevators ended up breaking down so the 15+ minute wait for the elevator was also an issue. We watched it pass our floor multiple times before finally stopping at our floor. The heat didn’t work in our room and our room was freezing all night, we did call about this and we were told that the boilers weren’t working because it was too hot outside. The experience of our stay was not worth the money we paid.
Room was clean and spacious. Provided breakfast was good and the service was good.
Front desk was highly understaffed had to wait 30 minutes in line to check in. Parking for 2 cars was 35 dollars extra which was not advertised or known before booking, would have went elsewhere if I had known that. Unknown charges from the hotel lobby bar we never went to.
The rooms were great. The pool was disgustingly gross. The water was green and super cloudy and there were no towels.

Clean. Lobby was beautiful and quite comfortable. Excellent staff and the shuttle was on time and took no time at all to get to the airport.
