Pros:

The room was ok, the view extraordinary. Very central. There was a Minibar in the room, the bathroom was very clean, and the breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The tv controller wasn't working, unfortunately there is no complimentary water offered in the room, the breakfast could definitely take some improvements. The pillows were really hard to sleep on. The facility is many years old however it still remains nice ,classic and pleasant.

Pros:

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, you can get to anywhere within the center of Tirana by a short walk. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The building and rooms are kept clean and functional.

Cons:

However, the property is dated and the rooms are in need for renovation or update. Room air conditioning is not sufficient for the hot summer time.

Location was great. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

They charged us for a KitKat we hadn't eaten. No matter how hard we tried to explain, they unfortunately didn't understand. Otherwise, everything was fine.
