Great value and quality for a hotel room located near the Pismo State beach!
Pros:

The location was perfect. Walking distance to Pismo beach and all of the restaurants/cafes. The rooms were clean. The amenities were great too with a kitchenette, microwave, keurig. We were also able to check-in early! Thank you to the staff there. It was quiet at night too.

Pros:

The staff here are very nice and super friendly. My husband and I stayed here with our toddler for Father’s Day weekend and the room had everything we needed! About a 5 minute walking distance from the beach. Will most definitely stay here again in the future, and I highly recommend!

Cons:

My only complaint is the parking garage being so compact to go in and out of. Not a huge problem, was still do-able.

It felt safe & was a nice and quiet environment.
Pros:

I like how clean everything was. No trouble getting in room. Has a nice kitchen setup.

Cons:

The room didn’t have AC so it did get stuffy but if you leave the windows open, it’s so close to the beach it cools down a bit. But having a kid with me I wasn’t comfortable leaving it open all night.

I enjoyed the location and how attentive the property manger is. Free ice/water which is very convenient. Very short walk to the beach and local shops/restaurants. Very clean and comfortable beds. Showers come with shampoo and conditioner with body wash.
