Eher nichts.

Cons:

Die Art und Weise, wie ich dieses "Etablissement" vorgefunden habe, hat mich dazu bewogen dort gar nicht erst einzuziehen.
Die Tür war verschlossen, obwohl ich kurz vorher mit dem Betreiber telefoniert hatte.
Alles in allem sah es sehr verwahrlost aus. An was diese, einst wohl ganz ordentliche Pension gestorben ist, vermag ich nicht zu sagen.
Vor dem Haus stand ein tschechischer PKW und nach ca. 20 Minuten kamen dann ein Mann und eine Frau, die den Check in abwickeln wollten.
Ich mache selten "ein Fass auf", aber die versuchte Stornierung vor Ort, meinte der Betreiber mit den Gesamtkosten für die 3 Nächte aufwiegen zu müssen. Letztlich überwiesen man mir mein Geld nach kurzer Zeit zurück.
Der erste Eindruck war einfach nur eine Katastrophe.
Schriftstücke, wie das an der Tür (Bild) bringen jegliches Vertrauen zum Einsturz.

Sehr nettes Personal, super/ruhige Lage/Aussicht, Balkon, warmes Wasser, vielseitiges Frühstück, einchecken unkompliziert!

Cons:

Kein Duschvorhang, ned soo sauber (Kastln), Clever-Produkte (daher halt Preis günstiger), Handtücher haben nicht gut gerochen, Lage wird auf Google falsch.angezeigt, auf Booking stimmts! (4km außerhalb vom Ort)

Snídaně byla dobrá, večer jsme jí ani nečekali.

Cons:

Budova i její okolí postrádá údržbu již zřejmě spoustu let. Pozor nelze platit kartou.!!
Restaurace surovin-prázdná.! Bylo nás deset, ubytko předem zamluveno.
16ks lahvového piva a 1 láhev vína byla kompletní nabídka pití.
Desetkrát kuřízek, uvnitř částečně krvavý, hranolky se nedostaly na všechny. Za dvacet Euro bych čekal více.
Nehodnotím, jen sděluji zkušenost, ale nic podobného jsem v Rakousku ještě nezažil.!!

- Balkontür sowie Schranktür defekt

- Bad schmutzig und alles verkalkt

Ein Hotel muss nicht neu sein, aber sauber. Für eine Übernachtung ohne Ansprüche i.O.

Cons:

Ich war die einzige Person, die im Hotel war. Man ist sich vorgekommen, als wäre man nicht willkommen. Sobald ich mein Zimmer verlassen habe wurde ich skeptisch angeschaut. Alles war alt und vieles kaputt. Es hat alles ein ganz komisches Gefühl in mir ausgelöst und ich wollte in der Früh so schnell wie möglich weg. Mein Zimmer hat außerdem echt schlecht gerochen. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Für eine Nacht irgendwo okay aber Urlaub würde ich hier nie im Leben machen.

Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy informacje że nie ma dla nas miejsca. Po przepychankach słownych zaproponowano nam pokój z uszkodzonymi drzwiami balkonowymi stwierdzając że wysłali 3 dni wcześniej info do Bookinga z odwołaniem naszej rezerwacĵi . Na chwilę meldunku Booking potwierdzał naszą rezerwację. Reakcja personelu- "Booking to debile". Pokój: brak możliwości zamknięcia drzwi balkonowych, spalone oświetlenie w korytarzu; spaline oświetlenie w sypialni, ręcznik prysznicowy 40×60cm, umywalka tylko zima woda. Śniadanie serwowane OK. Reszta obiektu do kapitalnego remontu.

Velmi ochotný personál. Paní hned ochotně navrhla, že nám udělá snídani večer dopředu, když jsme řekli že další den jdeme brzo do hor. Večeři jsme si mohli vymyslet cokoliv. Snídaně druhý den velmi bohatá. Spokojenost.
Některé vybavení trochu starší, ale vše čisté, fukční. Vše plně odpovídalo ceně.

Cons:

Snad jedině, že ubytování je špatně v google mapách, ale za to majitelé nemohou.

Olyan nincs ami tetszet,piszkos pókhálós étterem és szobák.

Barátságtalan személyzet,a szobák nem voltak rendessen kitakarítva,a hamutál a balkonon teli volt érkezésünkor,piszkos fürdőszoba,még egy pohár se volt a szobában amibe a fogkefét beletennénk.Az ágyon nem lehetet aludni mert mihelyt megmozdultunk nyikorgot-szét akart hullani.
Fejenként egy törölközőt kaptunk,reggeli elfogadható volt de a személyzet ott tárgyalta meg a dolgát egy másik asztalnál,kicsit zavaró volt.
Egyszóval soha többé ebbe a hotelba
