Wir hatten einen Termin in Ritterhude und haben dort übernachtet. Sehr gutes Mittelklassehotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

Für eine Nacht ok
Pros:

Nettes Zimmer, bequeme Betten

Cons:

Es gab einen ganzen Tag lang kein warmes Wasser – ein unzumutbarer Zustand. Mein Zimmer befand sich direkt unter dem Dach. Bei den dort herrschenden Temperaturen wäre eine Klimaanlage oder zumindest eine andere Lösung zur Kühlung zwingend erforderlich gewesen.

Besonders inakzeptabel war jedoch die Sauberkeit. Das Badezimmer wurde offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Der Boden war voller Haare, und selbst auf dem zweiten Bett befanden sich Haare. Das Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise einem sauberen und bezugsfertigen Zustand.

Diese Mängel sind für mich nicht akzeptabel und stehen in keinem Verhältnis zu dem Preis, den ich für die Unterkunft bezahlt habe.!! Ich kann das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen

Cons:

Leider war während meines Aufenthalts die komplette Warmwasserversorgung des Hotels ausgefallen, was an diesen heißen Wochenende (20.06.26) dazu führte, dass die Benutzung der Dusche unmöglich war.

Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war ich insgesamt dieses Mal gar nicht zufrieden. Mein Zimmer war schmutzig und auch nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen hatte und nochmal jemand "sauber gemacht hatte" war es immer noch schmutzig. Dann waren zahlreiche Fliegen in dem Zimmer. Es gab kein Fliegengitter, keine Klimaanlage und kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Und auch die Hafermilch beim Frühstück war schlecht.
Vielleicht hatte ich einfach Pech, beim letzten Mal war es jedenfalls deutlich besser. Ich habe zumindest eine Erstattung erhalten.

Vi var på genomresa med två yngre barn och för det ändamålet var boendet väldig bra.
Pros:

Personalen var underbar och läget bra!

Cons:

Vårt rum var tyvärr inte perfekt städat och rumsgrannarna högljudda.
