Nie wieder!!!

Frühstück

Cons:

In der 1. Nacht mußte ich unter dem Dach in einem ca. 8 qm Zimmer/Bad wohnen. Ich habe aber ganz klar bei Booking.com ein 19 qm großes Zimmer gebucht.
In der 2. Nacht nach einem Umzug bekam ich wieder nur ein Mini-Zimmer mit ca. 8 qm, u. einem Einzelbett, obwohl ich ganz klar ein Doppelbett gebucht u. auch bezahlt habe.
Beim Check-Out habe ich dann von der netten Dame am Empfang erfahren, daß für mich eigentlich ein großes Zimmer reserviert war.
Der Herr beim Check-In sagte mir aber, daß alles ausgebucht sei, u. ich das Mini-Zimmer nehmen kann oder eben nicht.
Für mich ein absolutes No-Go.

Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und einem super Frühstück
Pros:

Innen war alles sehr schick und modern und wir hatten ein schönes, helles Zimmer.
Das Frühstuck wurde vom Personal direkt liebevoll betreut, sodass bei uns keine Wünsche offen blieben.
Hier würden wir uns wieder einquartieren.

Wir haben falsche Zimmer bekommen,kleiner als gebucht und mit Falschen Bett auch.Sie haben es uns nicht getauscht.Und war dem Boden schmutzig,außerdem lange Haare in Zimmer und auf dem Badezimmerboden.Unzufrieden!!!

Das Frühstücks-Buffet war wirklich gut, viel Auswahl. Das Personal hat alle Wünsche möglich gemacht. 👍

Cons:

Es war sehr laut. Über unserem Zimmer war gefühlt rund um die Uhr was los, auch nachts. Geräusche wie Möbel verrücken, hämmern o.ä. .

Wir waren wie immer zufrieden und kommen immer wieder 💙
Pros:

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal bei euch und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Für uns hat das Hotel eine perfekte Lage und das familienzimmer ist für super komfortabel! Und das Frühstück ist der Hammer 🤩

Cons:

Einziges Manko das eine Wasserflasche 4€ kostet 😂
