Pros:

Location was great and cost was fair. It has a "back in time" charm to it. The rooms we booked were very clean and tidy and in great condition. Owner was extremely friendly and made sure the rooms were ready for an early check in. She also answered all my previsit questions.
There is locked carparking which gave me piece of mind for the car.

Cons:

The only thing to comment on would be the shower. Pressure was OK, but the fluctuation in temperature was inconsistent. At one point it went from warm to scolding without warning and I had to turn it off quickly to stop it. This might be the older style mixer on the wall causing this.

Home away from home...
Pros:

Good old fashioned service - staff made us feel like friends rather than valued guests. Food in bar was very nice. generous servings and nicely cooked and drained.
Owners are a credit to the industry and know how to recruit, train and motivate staff.
Hope to come back some time.

Pros:

Perfect location as our function was at the Masonic. We were not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised by the little touches.

Cons:

As expected the rooms are not very sound proof a fair bit of noise from other guests and pubs.

Best find in Palmy
Pros:

Colleen is absolutely the best hostess. We returned from a show and no food places were open. She wouldn’t hear of it and made us something to eat.
The pub part is full of locals and friendly people. Spotless room and location you can’t beat. Def highly recommend. We will be back !

You will feel like you are at home. The staff is friendly and They will ask you what you need. And if you have guests coming, the staff will ask you if I might need extra things like towels, tissues, and the room is clean and comfortable for the whole family.

Great last minute stay
Pros:

Location was close to where we needed to be, bed was comfortable, room was clean
