Pros:

Kann nicht viel berichten, weil nur für eine Übernachtung da war. Luxuriöses Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück. Gute Garage. Fast zentral eLage, trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Abendessen im Restaurant dauerte mehr als 2 Stunden, daher haben wir die Sauna verpasst.

Historisches Haus mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente-absolute Empfehlung
Pros:

Uns hat das außergewöhnliche Ambiente sehr gut gefallen. Ein historisches Gebäude in einem Barockstil. Die Inneneinrichtung ist mit besonderen Kunstwerken ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr zentral und die Zimmer sind ruhig gelegen.
Leider konnten wir aus zeitlichen Gründen den Wellness Bereich nicht nutzen.
Wenn wir wieder nach Celle kommen sollten, freuen wir uns erneut auf den Aufenthalt im Fürstenhof.

Cons:

Der Aufzug ist etwas träge.

This is a Hotel you can drive some extra miles for. Beautiful building and rooms (stayed in deluxe room), nice location and very good food in restaurant Palio.

Cons:

Considering it’s a five star hotel you get your expectations up, and this time it didn’t quite met them. Maybe the receptionist had a bad day (seemed to forget us at check in). Maybe the same applies to the breakfast staff (it’s ok to be delayed when breakfast is supposed to start, but not that one of them had a bad attitude). Again, it’s a five star hotel.

Stilvoll gepflegt und sehr gastfreundlich
Pros:

Das Hotel wirkt stilvoll gepflegt. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal (inklusive Nachtportier) sehr freundlich. Die grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir toll.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel für Transit Nacht genutzt. Und wären lieber einen Tag / eine Nacht länger geblieben um die Ortschaft/Umgebung zu erkunden.

Meget smukt hotel med smukke værelser. Morgenmaden var fantastisk og eneste ulempe var kødannelse ved travl time.

Pros:

Historisches Haus in zentraler Lage. Wir übernachteten in einem stilvoll modernisierten Deluxe Doppelzimmer.

Cons:

Das Reinigungskonzept ! Wir hatten für drei Nächte gebucht. Obwohl wir drei Tage eine Karte mit der Bitte um Zimmerreinigung an die Tür gehängt haben, wurde unser Wunsch ignoriert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes
wurden Handtücher, Gläser oder Tassen nicht ausgetauscht. Offensichtlich wird vom Housekeeping die Qualität der Zimmerreinigung nicht überprüft.
Absolut schlechte Performance für ein Hotel mit diesem
Anspruch.

Das Frühstück mit teilweise überfordertem Personal entsprach nicht dem Standard eines 5 Sterne Hotels.

Schade, denn das wunderschöne Hotel hat Potential für
deutlich mehr.
