Pros:

Krásný hotel s bazénem, perfektní služby, personál úžasný. Od moře pouze 300m a přesto nás kdykoli odvezli na pláž golfovým vozíkem. Moc přátelští a vstřícní.

Schöner großer Pool

Cons:

Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer roch permanent nach Abflussrohr, der Gestank war nur schwer erträglich
In unserem Zimmer gab es Ameisen
Der Zimmerservice hat maximal die Handtücher getauscht aber nicht geputzt
Am Pool läuft den ganzen Tag laute Musik teilweise auch von den Nachbarn Hotels was zu einer wirklichen Lärmkulisse führt
Die Toiletten am Pool waren von der Sauberkeit her wie Bahnhofstoiletten
Am Buffet ergab sich jeden Abend eine Schlacht um das Essen dafür kann das Hotel zwar wenig aber es trug zur Gesamtsituation bei.

Mais bien sûr ce n’est pas à volonté ! Les clients faisaient des montagnes de mets dans leur assiette , pourtant il y avait des consignes de ne pas faire de gâchis …

Petit-déjeuner peu varié , pas de cake , pas de confiture

Salle de bain dont la propreté est à revoir ( carrelage avec traces , tiroir avec cheveux…)
Chambre non faite entre les 2 nuits de notre séjour

Cons:

Stale sa najdú menšie nedostatky.Mãm dlhodobê skùsenosti v celej europe s podobným ubytovaním..Keď si zratam klady a zápory ,hlavne pomer ceny a kvality jednoznačne je to super. A ja ,keď budem nabudúce v danej oblasti,určite vyuzijem ich slużby ! Tešim sa na ich ponuky !

Ugodno toliko da smo produžili boravak - to sve govori.

Sve! Najprije odnos osoblja hotela, ponuda jela za doručak i večeru odlična. Bazen koji se cisti na dnevnoj bazi.
Izvanredna Gerda i njen suprug - menadžer hotela, su toliko predani gostima i stvaranju ugode da zaslužuju i pohvale i priznanje za zaista veliki angažman.

Il punto forte, senza dubbio, è stata la splendida vasca idromassaggio doppia in camera, in stile jacuzzi: un vero valore aggiunto che ha reso il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole e rilassante.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda la ristorazione. La cena a buffet non mi ha convinto particolarmente e la colazione era quasi esclusivamente in stile albanese. Avrei apprezzato una maggiore varietà internazionale, con opzioni dolci, yogurt e frutta fresca.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Das gesamte Team war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit – alle Wünsche wurden sofort und immer mit einem Lächeln erfüllt.

Besonders positiv fand ich, dass mir sogar ein eigener Parkplatz für mein Motorrad angeboten wurde – wirklich aufmerksam und nicht selbstverständlich. Auch der Poolbereich sah sehr schön und gepflegt aus. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier auf jeden Fall.

Eine schöne Geste war außerdem, dass ich bei der Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser bekommen habe und bei der Abreise sogar nochmal Wasser und ein Red Bull für unterwegs – wirklich sehr gastfreundlich.

Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung – nicht außergewöhnlich, aber ein guter Durchschnitt und für einen guten Start in den Tag absolut passend.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Nachteil lag eher am Ort selbst: Die Saison hatte noch nicht richtig begonnen und etwa 80 % der lokalen Gastronomie hatten bereits geschlossen. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.
