Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, estás a 1 minuto caminando del meollo de Shinjuku (cosa que nos encantó!). Se nota que el hotel está muy cuidado. El personal fue excepcional.

Cons:

La única pega fue el tamaño de la habitación, es minúscula y si viajas con bastante equipaje es muy agobiante el tener que estar moviendo las maletas de un lado a otro porque no puedes ni pasar.

Pros:

La localisation.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur de cuisine/épice dans tout lhotel. La chambre était très petite, très difficile d'ouvrir 2 valises. Il était néanmoins possible de les stocker sous le lit.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très sommaire et la nourriture proposée était plutôt orientées népalaises (jus d'orange pas bon).
Nous entendions le bruit de la rue et des pubs de Shinjuku depuis notre chambre (grosse immersion). Personne sensible au bruit s'abstenir.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, all toiletries was provided, very good lociation, not far from station and lot of restaurants and shops around.

Cons:

Room could be bigger for two people.

APA shinjuku did a great job and I would stay there again
Pros:

I thought the staff was very kind, especially with me because I am a foreigner. Everything was clean and everything worked well. The resturant connected to the hotel was also great.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Speak English well.

Cons:

There is a smell and I think that it is due to the humidity and the rooms are a bit humid too they don’t have a dehumidifier.
