Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

Cons:

le check-in un peu long , à la fois l'hotesse et la machine avec des scans interminables de passeports,
On nous a proposé le check-in pour 6000 Yens à 12h au lieu de 15h prévu , on n'avait jamais vu ça!

Would stay there, again :)
Pros:

To be perfectly honest, the linguistic skills displayed by the staff, including in the restaurant? Fantastic!

And the location was also good - not on the main streets, so not as noisy as it could have been.

Proximité, efficacité
Pros:

Pros:

Staff were helpful at checkin and breakfast was good. The 450m walk with bags from Shinjuku station was fine though LOTS of people at 10pm

Cons:

We knew coming into it that rooms were small, but at 11 Sq M and the bed against the wall on 3 sides it was a bit too compact

An ok value option
Pros:

The location was idea, but also a negative.
The staff, especially the Breakfast staff were amazing.

Cons:

I’ve never stayed in a room smaller anywhere, 2 people with cases was like Tetris.
The noise outside of the hotel from a shop played all day and all night.
