They need a bar.

Needs remodeled and wanted to borrow them

No breakfast available, shower didn't work, heat and air didn't work

It's more than a little run-down. They are clearly under-staffed. My first assigned room was not clean.

Breakfast was advertised but not provided. Additionally, the room had already been allocated to another guest before our arrival, which caused inconvenience.

My son had to sleep in a chair. They had no blankets for him so I gave him a sheet from our bed. There was a dog barking half the night in the next room. Garbage everywhere outside. I do not recommend this place at all

The floor was a little sticky probably due to cleaning products. Chairs were stained.The A/C was struggling to stay cool.The location wasnt the best. Lots of pots holes.

Parking lot needs repaved

Sharp broken tiles in bathroom, cracked mirrors, broken fridge. Entrance canopy was falling down from water leaks.

ROOM LOCATION: Room faced the front parking lot, so there was a lot of noise coming from right outside early in the mornings and late at night, especially on the weekend.

BUILDING CONDITION: There was trash strewn all over the parking lot and huge potholes all the way from the main road and throughout the parking lot. There were water leaks in the hallways and falling plaster in the lobby. The paint was bubbling and dripping water in the bathroom after a couple of rainstorms. The toilet would back up regularly. I needed a plunger one night, but they said they couldn't get me one. I'd have to use the lobby toilet.The main overhang at the entrance has a large hole falling down. No repairs seem to be in the works, just caution tape. It's an older building.

GUEST SERVICES: I requested clean towels, sheets, toilet paper, etc., at the front desk several times, as I had been staying for a few weeks. Unfortunately, I never received these items except toilet paper ONLY when I asked. I mainly relied on the paper from the lobby restroom. After being there a while, I was told (after I requested for the 3rd time) that cleaners would do a room refresh, so I stripped the bed and put them in a pile and left for work. I arrived back tired at 11 pm, finding the pile still on the floor! The front desk said they had no access to these items except toilet paper. She managed to find a sheet and mattress cover from somewhere and clean the bathtowel for me, which meant I had to pick up the rest I needed from the pile to put back on the bed. The front desk people were pleasant enough but seemed unable to do anything for guests except check them in and out.I suggest that they have the housekeeping services check with guests staying a week or more to see if they need anything! Guests shouldn't have to beg for clean supplies!

THE LOCATION: This hotel is located in a remote location within a large office park.

I had a reservation and CONFIRMATION!!!! get there after driving 8 hours where we planned to stay the night and going to second leg of our trip but this establiment doesn't know the definition of RESERVATION or CONFIRMATION because when we got there we were told they over booked and OUR RESERVED CONFIRMED RESERVATION would not be honored had to spend additional 11/2 hours driving around late at night in a city unfamiliar to us to find place to sleep and when we did we had no choice than to spend significantly more no manager available and the girl at check in said don't know what to tell you but I have no rooms

It was falling apart. The roof of the entry way had a giant hole and stuff hanging out of it. The stairwell and hallways smelled of marijuana.
