Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel has a very convenient location, with a metro station and bus stops within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection.
The only negative experience was the check-in process. Almost a month before our arrival, I informed the hotel that we would be arriving early in the morning and asked whether early check-in might be possible. We arrived at around 10:00 a.m. after an overnight flight, but the front desk staff told us that our room was not ready. We left our luggage and returned about an hour later, as we were very tired after travelling overnight.
We then had to wait in the lobby for almost five hours, although we repeatedly saw other guests arriving and being checked in immediately. I understand that the official check-in time was 3:00 p.m. and that early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but seeing other guests being accommodated while we were repeatedly told to wait gave us the impression of unequal treatment.
Shortly before 3:00 p.m., after the shift changed, another front desk staff member, who was very polite and helpful, offered us another room with the same conditions, as our original room was still not ready. We accepted it. This was frustrating because the same solution could apparently have been offered much earlier.
Hopefully, similar situations can be handled more flexibly in the future.

Mooi hotel, lijkt allemaal net opnieuw ingericht, lekkere bedden, mooi meubilair. Rustige straat, geen lawaai. Koffie en thee in de lobby gratis te pakken. En ook waterkoker op de kamer. 24 uurs receptie. Standplaats deelfietsen Wien Mobil Rad op 200 meter. Op de fiets in 10 minuten in Innenstadt, lopend half uur.

El desayuno es excelente, muy variado y completo. El personal es muy amable. La habitación es cómoda.
Las camas individuales son angostas. El baño tiene bañera, la cual es muy alta para entrar o salir , y, también, muy angosta, lo que la hace peligrosa para resbalarse.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been happy with my experience, but my first visit since the rebranding to Sheraton Hotel exceeded all my expectations!
It is clear that the update has done the hotel wonders: the refreshed interior looks stylish and modern, and the level of service has reached an even higher standard. I was especially delighted to see that alongside all these positive changes, the hotel has kept what I loved most about it—its warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuinely attentive staff.
The team provides flawless service, the rooms are spotless, and the new amenities add a lovely touch of extra comfort. I will definitely keep coming back again and again. A big thank you to the entire team for such fantastic work!
