posizione ottima nell'unico punto dell'isola dove la sera c'è un minimo di vita

Cons:

mancano completamente i servizi da parte dell'hotel, essendo con persone anziane abbiamo richiesto tramite messaggistica booking l'assistenza bagagli e non ci hanno nemmeno degnato di una risposta. Ascensore che non arriva al piano e quindi devi farti un'ulteriore rampa di scale a piedi con i bagagli. Staff infastidito continuamente dalla clientela, colazione povera per il livello ed il prezzo dell'hotel......sicuramente da migliorare

La posizione comoda e privilegiata per il contesto dell’isola, così come il design molto caldo e definito

Cons:

I servizi non sono all’altezza, con reception anonima, mancanza di assistenza per accesso in camera, ascensori che sbarcano a mezzo piano rispetto ai corridoi, con tanto di valigie da spostare a mano per le scale in completa solitudine.
Colazione scarna e deludente nell’offerta complessiva.
Staff al servizio bar e ristorante di livello inaccettabile, sicuramente non qualificato e totalmente fuori contesto. Spiace per questo disallineamento e scollamento così evidente rispetto all’offerta alberghiera che una struttura del genere dovrebbe offrire.

Der private Strandbereich sieht leider auf den Bildern viel schöner aus. Das Frühstück ist sehr einseitig und hat wenig Auswahl zu bieten. Es gab keinen Conditioner im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist insgesamt sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und das gesamte Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Der Aufzug hält auf Mitteletagen, sodass man sein Gepäck immer noch eine halbe Etage tragen muss.
Insgesamt war das Hotel zu teuer für das was es geboten hat. Hunde kosten 25€ pro Nacht extra, was wir von anderen Hotels in Italien nicht kannten. Dafür gab es nichtmal einen Napf oder eine Matte.

A classic modern boutique hotel experience—airy room, polished concrete floor, natural fabrics, good linens etc. we had a corner room with a balcony—worth asking for. Good air conditioning. Excellent service at the desk. If you want to stay in or close to the Porto, a good location since the hotel is at the end of the porto main street, set apart and quiet.

Cons:

No bathrobes; the breakfast buffet underwhelming

Soggiorno eccellente, molto consigliato per un weekend di relax all’isola del giglio.
Pros:

Struttura nuova, moderna e accogliente in posizione centrale. Personale accogliente e molto disponibile. Offre una meravigliosa terrazza vista mare dove poter fare colazione e cenare.

Wonderful position great reception

Cons:

for a 4 star hotel I would expect bathrobes, tissues etc. the lift was shared with 2 floors! Parking was difficult and you had to walk to hotel with luggage. Very much in need of a porter rather than the kind Receptionist having to act as one!
