Freindly staff
Pros:

Location was good near supermarkets and restaurants, the staff was friendly, cleaning was perfect.

Cons:

Our door room was not open good stuck to the floor,I told them but they couldn’t fix it. This part was annoying for us . That was for only my room.

Very friendly staff. We stayed for one week at the hotel and the staff surprised us with complementary pastel de nata on the first day, that was a very nice gesture! Breakfast had a great variation and was slightly different each day which was great. Very very friendly staff during breakfast too, special shout out to Abdul! Metro is also very close and there is a nice shopping area within walking distance too.

There was a smell in the sink at times and some furnitures were a bit old. The room overlooked the hotel’s inner courtyard.

Nice accomodation
Pros:

We liked this accommodation, comfortable bed, kind staff, good breakfast including many egg options, sweets, prosecco, fresh juice, vegetables etc. Two supermarkets just next to the hotel.
Fair accomodation for this price.

Cons:

Next time I would probably choose hotel closer to downtown (this one was about 30 min walk from the city centre).
