The location. The cleanliness of the room. All staff were very friendly and supportive.
The room was slightly smaller than would be expected but very clean and comfortable.
Skvělý hotel na perfektním místě přímo naproti barcelonské katedrále. Všechny hlavní památky jsou v docházkové vzdálenosti. Pokoj byl čistý, moderní a pohodlný, personál velmi ochotný a profesionální. Výborná byla také snídaně a střešní terasa s nádherným výhledem. Pobyt jsme si s manželkou moc užili a hotel bychom bez váhání doporučili.
Jako jedinou drobnou výtku bych zmínil výhled z pokoje. Pokud očekáváte výhled na katedrálu, určitě si při rezervaci nebo před příjezdem ověřte, že máte rezervovaný správný typ pokoje – ne všechny pokoje jej nabízejí. Pro nás to bylo malé zklamání, ale nijak to neovlivnilo celkově skvělý dojem z pobytu. Jinak opravdu není co vytknout.

loved the location central but not crazy. very happy where we were. staff were very helpful. cleaning staff nothing was too much
we had a problem with the first room we were given but this was sorted quickly and efficiently
The breakfast was fantastic. Before going to bed, we were already looking forward to the morning because we knew what was waiting for us. There was plenty of everything, and it was all very delicious. We had breakfast for three days, and there were always small variations, so it never became repetitive. We would like to thank the entire hotel team for helping to make our stay in Barcelona such a wonderful experience. We can highly recommend this hotel. In addition to the excellent service, we also recommend having dinner on the hotel’s terrace. The food is very good, but above all, the experience and atmosphere are simply unforgettable.
The only minor issue was that we could not find a few small items in the room, such as spoons for the bowls and some basic bathroom amenities.

Nothing to be honest
Very beautiful hotel, the lobby area with its friendly staff feels really welcoming. Nice rooms. Wonderful rooftop terrace for a sundowner with a great view of the cathedral!
