Great location and nice decor- quite grand. Liked the rooftop bar. Comfortable bed and very clean. Nice breakfast buffet.
Although expensive room was quite small with no view.
Location, room, amenities, staff, cleanliness food etc … everything was perfect
Upon check in the staff questioned us and asked if we were sure we were staying there and if we had the right hotel. This was before they looked at the details in their system. The questioning was rude and in appropirate, we have never experienced this treatment at check in.

O hotel é muito bonito, tem um ótimo café da manhã, produtos Bulgari no quarto e proximo a pontos turísticos e comércio. O ponto forte é o acesso a táxi para deslocamento ao porto/aeroporto.
Check-in as 15h. Poderia ser um pouco mais cedo.
Location, cleanliness and staff
On the last day which was the 19th morning we had to leave early for the airport and we went down for breakfast at 7. the staff were just chatting at the desk for a very lengthy time. II went up and gave the order as soon as we arrived at 7 and had to remind after member of staff after 12 minutes . They should know that people are there at 7 for a reason either to go on a tour or leave for the airport.
