Sehr gut aber nicht perfekt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und dir Lage hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Bett ist für zwei erwachsene Personen sehr schmal. Dadurch schläft man auch nicht besonders gut.

Pros:

Die Größe des Familienzimmers war super. Auch das bereitgestellte Wasser war toll.

Cons:

Die Türklinken zum Bad klebten. Die Auskünfte der Rezeption am Anreisetag stimmten nicht: das empfohlene Restaurant war nach der Anleitung nicht zu finden und eine Ausfahrt aus der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage gelang leider auch nicht um 14:30 Uhr, obwohl versprochen bis 15 Uhr.

Hotel můžu doporučit, prostředí bylo klidné na spaní.
Pros:

Snídaně výborná. Na recepci jsme obdrželi lístky na autobusy, tramvaje na celou zónu 110, takže jsme se pohybovali městskou dopravou, která byla již zahrnutá vč. ubytování.
Uvítali jsme, že na stolech ke snídaní byla připravená hotová káva. Poprvé jsem se setkala s tím, že číšník nás usadil u snídaně ke stolu a jeden z číšníku nás dokonce obsloužil a donesl například cappuccino nebo nabízel i džus, pokud chceme.
Cena ubytování odpovídá kvalitě pobytu.

Cons:

Uvítala bych častější výměnu ručníků. Byli jsme s manželem týden v hotelu a měli jsme pořád stejné ručníky, další ručníky byly za poplatek navíc.
Parkoviště v hotelu bylo velmi úzké, doporučuji raději parkovat v okolí hotelu u cesty, pokud je místo na parkování.
Po třech dnech, kdy probíhal úklid pokojů nám zapomněli doplnit mýdlo do koupelny. Ale paní na recepci nám na požádání dala další mýdlo.
