Votre établissement est très bien situé à Stockholm et le petit-déjeuner y est merveilleux.
En revanche, nous sommes très déçus par l'attribution des chambres. Venant de France pour retrouver nos filles après quatre mois de séparation, nous avions expressément demandé deux chambres contiguës — par e-mail préalable puis à la réception le jour de notre arrivée. Cette demande n'a malheureusement pas été prise en compte et nous avons été placés à des étages différents. D'autant plus que nos retrouvailles ne duraient que 48 heures avant leur départ.

The Hotel is in a central location easy walking to all major sites within 15 minutes. The front staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were updated and clean. Beware: do not use parking garage, Norra Latin, P-Hus close to the hotel, they will scam you out of money using deceptive practices.

Great location with a lovely restaurant and bar. Staff were very friendly.
Breakfast options were very good although the crowds made it difficukt ti get a table and feel comfortable.
A very comfortable and well appointed hotel. Staff were welcoming and always helpful. Breakfast was extensive and great value as part of the stay. Location was excellent and within walking of all attractions including old town.

We enjoyed breakfast. We liked the variety and freshness of the food selection. It was a nice way to start our day touring the city.
Location from the airport made it easy to get to.
We arrived early and the hotel was able to hold our luggage. They prepared our room and we were able to check-in a little earlier
Our room was pretty small. I’m not sure if other rooms were similar. We spread out our luggage on the floor. The toilet seat was uncomfortable.
The breakfast was amazing. Front desk staff was among the friendliest. Very comfortable beds and room.
The location was excellent! Breakfast was also excellent. Rooms were well appointed and beds were comfortable.
We were on the 5th floor and the windows were high, so you could not see out. Also, a double bed is really 2 singles pushed together with a gap in the middle. This should be made more clear when booking.
