Everyone was super nice and the room was clean with enough space to move around. The waffles they had for breakfast were delicious as well!
The beds were a bit hard, but we were so exhausted it didn't keep us from sleeping.
Concierge was awesome , extremely nice gentleman

Didn't like how the staff overcharged my debit card. Waiting on my refund as we speak..
The two towels I had in my room had holes in them the shampoo and conditioner displayed on the shower were empty ..it was hair and a spot on the comforter
Everything was good up till I looked at my bank account and seen where they charged my card for way more then what it was supposed to be. And told me that the deposit that they requested would take 2-3 days max to be back and when I called about all the charges they then said it would be 4-5 days. So that wasn’t something I was prepared for.
Not good at all, they need intense fumigation and cleaning
Stinks like weed, heavy scented on the walkway bugs and hair in rooms. Towels weren’t clean as well.
