Pros:

Air conditioning was bad. Ice machines were bad and the only one working was over running on floor .Saturday m orning no breakfast at 8:00. Paperwork said 7:00 till 9:00. TV remote didn’t work

The location. It has potential to be better.

Cons:

The ac was not working on the ground floor. It was very hot. There were several rooms checking out early due to ac in rooms not working. The entire 6th floor smelled of strong weed, clearly it was being smoked in several rooms. We were only given 2 wash cloths for 5 people and told once we used the 2 bring them down and they would give us 2 more…still one short. The garbage in the rooms bathroom was full.. not emptied when cleaned.

Nice and quiet .
Pros:

It’s was in a great location

Cons:

Had stains on the carpet and the bathroom door did not close or lock and the shower curtain was stain and dirty . The bedding was also nasty . Had 2 pool and a house but you could barely swim . They didn’t have in mats coming in from the pool so there was tons of water being tracked in from the pool to the lobby and in the Elevators and had to go on a hunt for ice and didn’t have drinks . Never had breakfast and was not good at all .

We won’t be back

It was close to everything

Cons:

How the worker was talking to u. It was a couple there before me and my family. They walked into a dirty room what they had booked and when they went and told the worker he was so so disrespectful. They had left because of how he was. When he came down to use we was treated the same way. He told use no party’s, told use to set our clock for check out and told use to be on time. Much more. This is the second time I had went there. The first time I went it wasn’t nothing like yesterday. That’s why I went back because I liked it and it was clean and the workers were so nice. But what we had got from him we will be going somewhere else. We wasnt happy how we was treated and disrespectful.

Decent need to fix pop machine on 5th floor and there was no ice
Pros:

The inside pool was good hot tub wouldn't turn on

Cons:

We had baby roaches inside our fridge my husband killed 5 big ones and the outside pool we couldn't use because they decided to clean it and vacuum it on a Saturday

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

There was nothing to like.

Cons:

The room A/C did not work very well and was provided a fan to try and help. The room never cooled off and it was not very clean. Left early due to the A/C unit not working.

So to sum it up, I would never go back there
Pros:

I came down at seven.Breakfast was not served yet

Cons:

You know what I did not like about it? They had roaches, spiders, dust, no cable
