Vista Suites Near Island and Leconte Convention Center

Bugs in the rooms, swimming pool was horrible, the shower was spraying water everywhere except for on you, had proper arrangement with the staff to check in at 12 noon instead of 4 pm and upon Arrival absolutely would not allow the pre arranged early check in. The manager, who seemed very strange and careless said there was no rooms available at the pre arranged time, however for the entirety of the stay we only saw 2 other people and not one single time did we see an employee of the hotel. I don’t think they have any employees. I think the “manager” (ago said he lives in the hotel) is the other employee there. Please, do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!

Breakfast needs to be better,the pool needs updated, the air in the rooms should be able to stay on instead turning off and on! The tv would come on but wouldn't connect to internet so we had no tv.smelled like drugs all up an down our hallway! Neighbor was very loud woke us up at 2am!

Pool inside was too cold to swim and could use some paint. Outside pool was not working. Location was not ideal but it worked out fine.

We had no air conditioning and the staff didn't care, we about died of heat in the room. Cockroachs was everywhere and crawling on us. The bathroom and bed was disgusting, the pool and hot tub was absolutely disgusting. No towels. The staff is very rude, AND said they dont care about ppl who reserve off websites like booking. Com...we ask for refund and they said it was booking. Com responsibility...it was absolutely the worst place ever stayed

The indoor pool was disgusting stagnant water no chlorine out door pool still had no water while reason for getting this hotel was for indoor pool due to the rain so we had something to do. The breakfast was gross luckily you could do just a bagel or make your own waffle the other stuff was bad and the juice is just water

Woke up to roaches crawling on the mirrors and walls. Room was not clean. Left as soon as we saw them.

First thoughts hotel was empty when we pulled into parking lot. Went inside lobby it was nothing like the pictures advertised we waited for a good bit before a host even came and checked us in and gave me the room key then finally got to the elevator and onto the floor our room was suppose to be on and after searching the hallway come to find out the numbers were wrong our room was on the very end 4 doors down from where it should have been. Went into the room and it was dark everything looked very unmaintained and very unwelcoming dead random moths in the floor and sprinklers broke out of the wall just very dirty feeling the inside of the fridge was a solid block of ice. The bathroom was tiny and the shower rails were rusty and every faucet handle was filthy. My family and myself were in the room for a total of 15 minutes went back to the desk checked out and we left and found another hotel I will never book here again very disappointed

Smelt bad, beds where not great, indoor pools was like ice, you can tell it’s old and has been sloped together
