Beautiful hotel but amenities were very disappointing
Pros:

The hotel and room was very nice. The lady at the front was very accommodating.

Cons:

The website advertised free HOT breakfast. There was NO breakfast at all Monday thru Thursday. On Friday there were hard biscuits, cold runny gravy and waffles. Also hot tub was cold. There was barely warm water in the shower. They were short staffed. To reach anyone you had to call a phone number and leave a message because no one was at the front desk

Very disappointed with my stay.
Pros:

I liked the location of the property.

Cons:

When we arrived the room did not have AC on, it was so stuffy, and smelled absolutely horrible. We called downstairs and the man at the desk would not let us switch rooms. Water would not get warm at all! Also, there was not a lock on the inside of the door. This hotel was absolutely ratchet.

Was not deep cleaned. Mini fridge didn’t work. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Toys from previous guest under AC. AC didn’t work. Hot tub jets stopped working. Ripped/stained sheets.

TERRIBLE!!!! Staff was horrible and very rude!

It was beyond gross and they had to switch our rooms due to the rooms not being cleaned and refused to a refund when we wanted to go stay somewhere else.

Won’t choose this hotel in the future
Pros:

Location and female staff was very nice.

Cons:

Wasn’t very clean, lots of things were broken, pool was murky and too much chlorine, breakfast was disappointing, there were roaches in the fridge and around the room, bathtub wouldn’t drain, male staff was very unprofessional.

We didn't like nothing about the place...the air conditioning did not work and they didn't offer another room and offered no refund..the room smelled bad had a musky odor

Cons:

This motel was a zero it needs to be taken off of bookings com....and it says it's close to the island and loconte center that's a lie it's on the opposite side of the island....this placed sucked..they must have paid someone to do the reviews very disappointing

During my stay, I experienced severe operational and safety failures:Uninhabitable Room: We checked in at 11:30 PM to a room with a broken air conditioner and a severe, foul odor.Hostile Staff Interaction: A maintenance/service staff member dismissed the issue, claiming it would be fixed in an hour, which it was not. The following day, this employee became combative, argued with me for 2–3 hours when I requested a resolution, and unprofessional blamed his workload on "managing the whole building."Safety & Sleeplessness: A false fire alarm went off during our stay. The front desk was completely overwhelmed and unable to handle the situation or communicate with guests, resulting in zero sleep.Substandard Amenities: The breakfast provided was completely unacceptable and inedible.We ultimately had to change rooms after hours of exhausting arguments, but the damage to our trip was already done. We lost an entire day of our vacation due to sleep deprivation and stress caused entirely by your staff's incompetence and hostility.I expect a full refund for this stay given that the basic expectations of safety, comfort, and hospitality were completely breached. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Not clean it’s was showing two pools didn’t have one got there no one at desk to check you in had to wait 30min then got ready to leave at 7am no one at desk and front lobby locked also showing breakfast with stay no luck on that

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The location was the only thing.

Cons:

The ac didn’t work. We waited to be checked in for over 40 mins. The 7th floor had no ac the numbers on the doors are gone. We had to go back down to get another key. The doors don’t lock completely and can easily be opened. The whole building was hot. Including rooms.

We got woken up at 3 AM in the morning with a fire alarm going off. I tried to call downstairs and there was no phones in the room to call the front desk. So I used my cell phone and call the 800 whatever number and someone on the other side said I needed to call 911. And so I called 911 and we went out the building and the front door was locked so we had to go out the side. Stairways couldn't find a staff member for at least 3040 minutes.When the fire department got there, they finally unlocked the front door.\nThen nobody wanted to talk to us about anything.It went on , we were brushed off
