Ótima opção de estadia em Bordeaux

Quartos e banheiros grandes e espaçosos, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, bar e restaurante excelentes.

Cons:

Mesmo com a minha reserva totalmente paga antecipadamente antes do check in, eles efetuaram um “bloqueio “ no meu cartão de crédito de 250€, sendo que no quarto não tem nenhum tipo de bebida ou snacks disponíveis para eles efetuarem qualquer tipo de “bloqueio” por eventual consumação no quarto.

Hotel is nice, service lacks, multiple issues
Pros:

Great venue and location. Breakfast and rooms were also very decent

Cons:

A lot of issues with the rooms. Have to change late in the evening to another room due to electrical issues. New room did not have wifi. Was only fixed by next day. Things like this should not happen if you pay this amount for a room. Also the service was not very polite, they made us feel like we were not welcome.

Hôtel bien situé avec personnel très gentil
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé (à 5 mn à pied du centre). La déco est très sympa. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux (buffet) et excellent (il ne manque que le jus d'orange pressé frais). Tout le personnel était hyper gentil : je n'ai pas encore vu cela souvent (bravo). Le parking pour autos est cher (35€ par jour, mais le voiturier vous l'amène ou vous la gare). Le resto Madame B est excellent, mais il faut réserver vu son succès

Cons:

Le quartier de Meriadeck n’est pas joli, mais bon, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel ;)
La blanchisserie est assez chère : on avait le ticket du pressing pour 67 €, mais l'hôtel demandait 147 €. Je trouve cela exagéré

Fabulous place to stay!
Pros:

This hotel was incredible! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a two-level suite upon check-in. The room was amazing!!! I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room. From Nespresso coffee machines to full-length mirrors, a comfortable work desk, magnifying makeup mirrors and thick blackout curtains, everything was taken care of. The breakfast was also delicious and offered amazing variety. The location was also great: just a few minutes' walk into the center of town but on a quiet street. I really can't find anything to fault in this hotel.
