I do not plan to return due to the construction in front of the building and the terrible room service.
Pros:

Nice facility with good amenities. Spa treatment was nice.

Cons:

The construction blocking the main entrance was annoying. Extra turns to get into a congested space. Room service was awful. Took me 2 hours to get my meal and no real explanation for the delay

Great location, friendly staff, and delicious Navajo fry bread, but the rooms need fans because the AC struggles to keep
Pros:

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, and the staff members were great and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were a decent size with very comfy beds, making for a relaxing visit. A definite highlight was the food—the Navajo fried bread was absolutely delicious!

Cons:

My only complaint is that the AC struggles to keep up, especially in the early morning hours when you wake up needing to toss the blankets off. The rooms could really use a fan or better ventilation to help keep things cool.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the food and service (Ryan was fantastic), and the lovely facilities.

Heerlijk grote kamer en schoon! Locatie was geweldig, op loopafstand bij de river walk

Cons:

Ik vind valet parking altijd stom. En het kan gehorig zijn, wij hadden een kamer met een tussendeur en ik hoorde de dames aan de andere kant erg goed.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my lifetime

Oh idk, they gave me a key to an already occupied room and I walked into it thinking it was empty luckily we spotted their items and left quickly but that could’ve ended badly for Somone, we went down to the lobby got a new room after 30 minutes of waiting only to be situated in the second floor which looks like it’s going through major repairs and humidity was everywhere, the room smelled funny, the bedsheets where moist and smelly and the ac thermostat kept clicking every 10 to 30 seconds all night making it hard to sleep, the only decent quality was the balcony which we used for 5 minutes
