Hotel ist sehr gut mit Öv erreichbar.

Cons:

Duschen in der Badewanne, Einstieg mühsam. Glaswand ist unten nicht abgedichtet. Wasserdruck sehr unterschieden!

Very comfortable stay. Great staff and support. Room spacious and well serviced.

Cons:

Nu este un hotel de patru stele , camere mici învechite, miros ciudat, mic dejun dezamăgitor-restaurant gen cantină de spital, aglomerat, mâncare de slabă calitate, legumele și fructele tăiate cu mult înainte, erau pălite, uscate, omletă nemancabila, cred ca era din praf de ou.
Parcarea goală și f scumpă, departe de oraș. Un hotel supraevaluat care nu oferă nimic specific celor 4 stele.

Initially disappointed but fine once room changed.
Pros:

Location central and easy access to tram hub for travel to centre of Zurich
Staff professional and friendly
Foyer large and breakfast area a good size and excellent choice for breakfast

Cons:

The room first allicated to us seemed rather small as a twin room.
The configuration of the room was unacceptable as one twin bed was located under the tv along the wall with the other located opposite with the full headboard the length of the bed.Neither bed had a headboard so unable to read in bed.
There was no mirror above sockets placement if you were styling your hair with eg hair straighteners.
Decor appeared dated and air con system noisy.

Mooi hotel, goede voorzieningen
Pros:

Kamer was schoon, zwembad en jacuzzi was top geregeld. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Enigste minpunt was dat de wc deur slechts een glazen schuifdeur was die niet geheel dicht kon.
Staat nergens vermeld tijdens het boeken wat betreft de kamer keuze
