Excellent hotel in great location, very comfortable bed and friendly staff.
Pros:

The check in process was excellent and reception staff friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice seating area. The bed was huge and very comfy, with great pillows. The shower was excellent. Lovely out door garden area for a relaxing drink. Great location if travelling via Bruxelles-Midi.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but the traffic outside was pretty loud in the evening, with boy racers. We were really tired and it didn’t bother us but imagined it could annoy some guests.

Pros:

It was a lovely stay. Great location, just 2 min walk from the metro station and not far from the attractions. If you enjoy shopping, the hotel is surrounded by shops and fancy brands.
The staff is very kind and willing to help and assist you. The breakfast is delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely we will definitely come back.

Bon en placement et le personnel de la réception très gentil

Cons:

Le room service était horrible, pas de goût! Mon mari et moi avons commandé de la soup de carotte, cas nous avons eux un petit creux, mais déception. Elle était tellement fade que nous avons abandonné et nous faire livrer un Uber eat. Si compter loger là-bas je vous déconseille le room service

Perfect for a long weekend.

Great location. Walking distance to the main tour attractions. Friendly staff. Clean, well appointed room.

Cons:

Housekeeping not before 3pm. Not a big issue but would have preferred the room serviced before.

Pros:

Very nice over all! The only reason I have to mark down to a four is that we payed more for a city view and that meant the street sounds were so loud. All night there were sounds from emergency vehicles, traffic, and pedestrians. Ear plugs were a must. Just be aware. Other than that lovely hotel.
