The room was untidy and very dirty. There was dirt and hair on the floor.
- L'accueil d'une gentillesse incroyable. Nous sommes arrivés très tard (vers 1h), notre fils de 10 ans était fatigué avait le hoquet. Directement le réceptionniste est allé lui chercher un verre d'eau et lui a offert des biscuits.
- La chambre était grande, belle et très confortable.
- Les petites attentions dans la chambre tels que les 3 grandes bouteilles d'eau offertes étaient appréciables.
- Le monsieur de la sécurité qui a pris le temps d'expliquer toutes les photos de Bruxelles à notre fils. On aurait pu l'écouter des heures tellement il était passionnant.
- L hôtel est très beau et agréable. Nous regrettons qu'il n'était qu'une étape dans notre voyage et, par conséquent, de n'avoir pas pu en profiter. Nous reviendrons prochainement c'est certain.
- Un parking est disponible à quelques mètres.
Rien du tout à part le fait de n'avoir pas pu en profiter plus longuement car nous sommes arrivés tard et repartis tôt.

Qu’il ni y’a pas de piscine pour un hôtel 5 étoile honteux, un petit poil retrouver sur la table de chevet, ainsi que le déjeuner où je n’est pas pu me servir du café comme je le voulais

What an amazing experience, you go up the escalator into a whole new paradise of efficiency and comfort. Friendliness, great service, excellent food. the Rooms are beyond amazing with 5 star toiletries. Room service was exceptional!!!! Centrally located and one can walk to most attractions. Great shopping with sales everywhere😊. Was about 1h30 to Spa race track and 30 Min from Tommorow Land music Fest. Just incase you want to book.

was disappointed with my stay. The location is good, but the room did not meet the standard I expected.
When I was given my room key, I went upstairs only to find that the room was still being cleaned. It was inconvenient to arrive and discover that the room was not ready yet.
The room was also poorly maintained. The bathroom ceiling was peeling, which gave the room an uncared-for appearance. Overall, the room felt worn out and in need of proper maintenance.
The staff was polite, but these issues significantly affected my experience. With better maintenance and better organization of the check-in process, this hotel could provide a much better stay.
Great staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast, nice courtyard for evening drinks, and a convenient location. Would definitely stay again on another visit to Brussels.
