Money worth.
Pros:

All good except the vehicle entrance which the hotel can not do anything.

Cons:

The vehicle entrance is on a one-way street, which makes difficult to drive around.

Over all it was nice.
Pros:

transportation to and from the hotel. The restaurant was nice food was good.

Cons:

When I originally booked it said I got a shower only, If I wanted a toilet I could upgrade for an additional fee. I upgraded my room with the fee. When we arrived we asked about it and was told it was a typo but was charged the additional fee any way.

Pros:

It was close to the airport. Also had a free shuttle.

Cons:

Looking a little old in parts. Restaurant attached didn't serve drinks after 9.30pm on a Sat night.
They did however serve up some great meals.

room was quiet, housekeeping staff on the floor were kind

Cons:

guest services should not announce guest room numbers on arrival, or at any other time, unless it is at checkout. this happened multiple times when at the desk and not limited to one person. airport shuttle driver (morning) was pretty curt and i would consider rude by times. he also was behind the front desk answering guest questions with “i dont know” so perhaps he should not go back there. also… in general… maybe be more subtle about pest control and not have traps visible in the main lobby area. they are not a good first impression.

Pros:

Great proximity to Vancouver airport. It had a White Spot restaurant attached which was a plus. Staff were helpful, accomodation had everything you needed & was very clean.

Pros:

Lowest score was based on two receptionists arguing loudly across the entrance. Obviously not on my recommendation list. Hotel looks old and tired. Reminds me of Covid days.
