Pros:

It was very comfortable. Comfy mattresses. The shuttle was on time and got us to the airport. We liked the food at the restaurant. Yummo.

It was OK for overnight stay.
Pros:

The restaurant was great.

Cons:

Front entrance has no area to be dropped off! Bus had to drop us off curbside, around the block, with our luggage!
Needs brighter lighting in guest rooms.
Old elevators.
Shuttle left early - be prepared!

Adequate to our needs.
Pros:

Good that they had a shuttle to the airport. Bad that the front desk told us we had to be at the airport 3 hours ahead of our flight. I questioned that but she was insistent. We spent 2.5 hours waiting as it took only 30 minutes to get through security with TSA Precheck (which the clerk had told us Vancouver didn’t have) and walk to our gate.

Cons:

The room was very small. Hard to control temperature. Bed too soft.
