A Good place to stay in Vancouver.
Pros:

The included breakfast was reasonably good and the room was great. We had the top floor which had substantially bigger rooms compared to friends who were staying in the floor below. It has good positioning on Hastings Street which was about 5 stops on the bus from Canada Place. The restaurant for evening meals was very good. It has a shuttle to the cruise terminal on cruise days. We would stay again.

Nothing really. It was all good.

Despite me informing them that booking.com said that parking is free for smaller vehicles (sedan or suv) for the duration of the stay, they still charged me $21/night. The front desk did not even respond in a professional manner, was just straight rude and kept on diverting my concern. Even though I requested her if she could speak to her manager and let me know about the parking, I did not get any update. Really crappy experience with the front desk lady.

The Atrium was very clean, the rooms were spacious, easy parking, and delicious breakfast.

The rooms were clean, excellent front desk and service, and easy parking. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Pros:

I loved that it was fresh and newly renovated. Loved the shuttle downtown to Websummit. That was a pleasant surprise. The staff were great for the most part. They also had warm breakfast which had a good selection. They just added in a gym which was great. Finally housekeeping came daily. It was refreshing to come back at the end of the day to a made up room and fresh towels.

Cons:

The bagels could have been fresher.

Parking was terrible. You had to park offsite in a lot next to a rent a car lot. Didn’t feel very safe or secure for the car and me walking at night back to the hotel.

Was an adequate hotel for a one-night stay before a cruise.
Pros:

Liked the restaurant at the hotel, where we had dinner. Also, a decent breakfast was provided at this location. Great shuttle to Canada Place. Nice area to walk around and explore.

Cons:

There was some refurbishment ongoing which detracted from the hotel’s atmosphere.
