Very warm and attentive staff that go the extra mile
Pros:

cozy, comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with bathtub and shower which I prefer to just a stand alone shower. Possibility to make tea, fridge.
We arrived early and the front desk let us check in right away which was fantastic because we were tired. We also had a problem with the toilet whee maintenance had to come up 3 different times, but for all the trouble they gave us a generous coupon for the restaurant. Loved the care and attentiveness. We were also invited to a Manager's Reception on the last evening where we had complimentary snacks and drinks. LOVED this too!

What was expected from an overnight stay.
Pros:

Adequate motel for overnight stopover when travelling. Room was clean and good breakfast.

Initially booked because they advertised an airport shuttle was available, this was not the case.

I had a wonderful stay, I’d be happy to stay at the coast again.

Room was clean. Helpful to have restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

It is looking aged. The walls are very thin. Vacuuming starts before 7:30am and can be heard - so not a place to sleep in.
